Cleaning Performance

Using in a turtle tank. Other filters have died or failed to keep the water clean. This keeps it clear and poop free for at least a week then you just rinse and replace. Carbon is eaay to change too.

Beat turtle filter ive had

walmart.com

just put 1 in the tank right now. But 1 of the filters did not come with everything in it. I'll manage because I got 2. They also look like they have been scuffed up by something but thats just the looks as lo g as it is working properly ill be happy.

Good quality and works really well! The compartments were hard for me to open without using help. You need some strength to open it.

Very good product!

you HAVE to fully submerge the pump to operate yes you can lay it down or use bar but my problem was when I tried to put it in for a waterfall the pressure was too high and when I slid it back to close it it just opened it back up so that was not an option

its not for turtle tanks like i wanted

It works well enough. My problem is taking it apart! You have to press and pull at the same time. It is impossible with longer fingernails, small or arthritic hands. I'm looking for a second non submersible filter, so I won't have to clean this one as often

Need strong hands to take apart

The product is good. Works as described. I have no complaints yet in 2weeks of usage except that the product has a very weak suction cup mounting, so a small movement disassembles it from the main unit. The power of the unit is too good in water circulation.

Good buy. Value for money spent.

Should have gotten my son a bigger one for his turtle. Water is still cloudy after a week and a half of waiting to see if it was just going to take a bit of time to work. I'm going to cave and just clean the tank. Also when it came the bottom part where the 2nd filter is was jammed together and the clips to hold it together were broken. We put the end of it against the glass of his tank to keep it together so that was an easy fix but still when you pay hard earned money you don't expect it to be broken and jammed together

I ordered this to update from the cascade 300 to the 600, I thought it was a joke when I opened the box and seen how huge this filter is. The pieces are jamed together and it is all scuffed up.

Dissapointed

Product was doing great for and bought for a second tank. The filter motor just stopped working after 6 months.

Stopped working after 6 months
