I was able to design my Betta fishs' tank with this. I like how it lights up and you can set it on any setting and color you want. Definitely worth it.

I love this light, it adds a lot of ambience and intrigue too the tank. Mine works well because what everyone failed too understand is not to use the batteries it comes with (and change them when needed) and ACTUALLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It stays in place pretty well with the weight it uses and it's soft and not plastic nonsense. only issue is that the green color of the anemone prevents certain lights from coming through properly, and the battery usage could last longer. Other than that i think every tank owner should consider this light.

The perfect decoration for fishtanks

The anemone I'm reviewing is the GREEN one. 

PROS: the tips of the anemone glow in the dark, it's easy to assemble, decent size and my fish liked it.

CONS: Does not sink! The weight isn't heavy enough. The only reason you see it sunken in my pictures is because I swapped the weights around from the yellow one I got on Amazon. Had to put rocks on top of it to keep it down. Batteries only lasted 2 days before I had to either replace them or submerge my hand in and adjust it for it to work properly again. Same goes for the remote. I don't have time for all that. Due to the color green of the anemone, none of the color options on the remote, projected through. It only looked like green, yellow and red. Maybe a lighter color anemone? The battery container inside the anemone did not seal/close correctly, eventually it would get water into it, rust and stop working all together. I had to return it, too much hassle!  Instead I found a light up submergeable puck, with a remote, for le$$! (Five Below) Works like a charm!

Doesn't sink

Quit working within 48 hours. LED controller only changed lights to green, red, and white, for 48 hours, then started flashing rapidly before it quit. Removed anemone from bowl and it had a terrible chemical smell; made me wonder if it was safe for fish.

Unhappy with purchase.

Poor

The paint is poison they were eating the tips. The fish were dead after three days.

Do Not Buy

Wish I'd read the reviews. Waste of money! Bought the first one and the remote didn't work at all…the colors would just fade from one to the next. Tried to put a new battery in the remote and did no good. Thought it was a defect so I exchange it for a new one. It initially worked fine. But by the next water change it started the same crap as the first one. So I trashed the remote since it didn't work anyway. Once I read the reviews about fish dying I trashed the anemone too. I had noticed my take turning a yellowish tint after only a couple of weeks and it had never done that before. This may have been why! Do not waste your money!

Don't buy!

Thought this would be a nice addition to the decor of my aquarium, bought 2, both did not work right out of the package, even tried changing the “new” batteries but it still didn't work. Save your money, I will not be buying this brand again for any of my aquarium needs.
