This particular valve top assembly is for use with the Six-Way 1.5-inch top mount HiFlow valve series (including part numbers 262504, 262505, and 262506), which are used with Sand Dollar filter systems. You should only use this backwash valve top with sand filters.

You'll get the full top valve assembly, which includes the top cover, handle, label, O-ring, valve diverter, spring, washers, and screws. The handy label shows you where to turn the handle for the different backwash valve functions.
