Had trouble finding pressure tank locally at Lowe's an home depot. I purchased my other FLOTEC Pressure tank about 15-16 years ago and it was still a shinny tank until June 27th. Blatter ruptured and I went to Lowes and Home Depot. I was told that Flotec had gone out of business. I went on line and found that I could order from Walmart. I checked my tank for specifications and THOUGHT that I ordered the FP7125-9. As a 78 year old senior, I may have got lost during ordering (not a computer whiz) and wound up with the FP7120. Instead of returning, I installed (with the help of my of a friend) because I have an elevated house and the 1 st. and 2 second floors now have slightly lower pressure. I like the product, but am disappointed that I did not get the FL7125-9. Thanks to Walmart and Flotec though even though I screwed up. BURK

This pressure tank is perfect for the house in the mountains. It holds 35 gallons of water and delivers it at a rate of 86 gallons at 38psi in the precharged tank.
This tank is located under the house in the water room. The tank is only 20 1/2 inches round so it fits in small areas. I recommend installing two water filters before the pressure tank to keep any mineral deposits out of the tank.
Great product and really nothing can replace it. The price is very good compared to other retailers.

I searched stores and internet, Walmart had the best price, AND, NO delivery charge. It was easy to install. I am very happy.

The way it should be

I picked up this tank to replace a tiny  20  year old 20 gallon well troll tank that had a leaky diaphragm.  I'm very impressed and very happy with this Flotec tank. The install was super easy and I like that the tank inlet is plastic, as well as the base. That will help fight off corrosion/rust from my well water. I also like how you can easily purchase replacement parts for ANY item on the tank. This should help the tank last for years. I installed the tank along with a tank tee package with pressure gauge, 30/50 psi pressure switch, one way check valve and a 75 psi pressure relief valve. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend the tank, especially for the price!

Excellent replacement tank for the price!

Awesome direct replacement for the flotec tank I'm replacing. It arrived ahead of schedule, box was in good shape. Inspected the tank and found a piece of the plastic base was broken but wouldn't hurt fit and function.

Easy Replacement tank, and I hate plumbing jobs!

Seems to be of good quality and the shipping was here 4 days earlier than estimated....time will tell if this will last over 10 years like the old one

Quality tank

The product does what it is designed to do and works for my intended purpose.
The reason for the four star instead of five is because of the plastic base. It should have been metal. The added cost would have been 2.00 or 3.00 dollars.

Good But

An older model of this same tank developed a leak in the bladder. I selected this model as a direct replacement. The old model had a top welded pump mount bracket on top. I had to order (from Flotec direct) the now optional bolt-on pump bracket to complete the installation, so as to avoid changing the plumbing pipes.

It works. The bladders are good for 8-10 years and the old tank was ten years old, so I got the normal service out of it. Flotec service and support were good to work with. Walmart shipped and delivered the tank in a reasonably short time.

It Works

Wasted $200.00. While installing the plastic connector cracked and never got a chance to use.very upsetting and disappointed.
