This is a well designed and fabricated unit. It can be folded up and transported or put under the bed. It doesn't take up a lot of space. The elastic resistance bands run through pulleys very smoothly; its quiet. There are 3 CDs to demonstrate the various exercises. It comes all put together; unfold it, hook the handles and set it up. Easy.

I am usually busy and don't have much time to go to a gym. This machine is very handy, no assembly and within 5-10 minutes this can start exercising. It is a smart design as it allows you to get most muscle groups and it has 3 levels of band tension. While this isn't something that a serious bodybuilder would use often, for most people this machine can help you stay on shape.

I bought this about four months ago.  it's a nice piece of equipment just needs another level of band above the red one.  then I would highly recommend it.
