This is the most amazing thing I have ever seen compare to the bowls I have to clean and fill every day, this is better than slice bread, I love it, and the price is good.

Perky-Pet Mason Jar Bird Waterer

I bought this bird waterer due to the number of wild birds I provide water for via a bird bath.  I have to empty/refill my bird bath several times a day due to the mess.  This waterer will allow them to drink water without including any feces/feathers or seed remnants.

At last, clean drinking water!

This waterer is simple , functional,  and beautiful.

First time I've ever seen a bird waterer and it matches the feeder.....too cool!

WOW!!

Chickadees and gold finches are using this waterer frequently throughout these hot, dry days. Easy to fill and to clean. No signs of rust. Very attractive too.

It is strong and wont  crack like plastic.

Birds like it.

I haven't actually seen the birds use it but I have found seeds and hulls in the basin which makes me think they have. Easy to take apart and clean and easy to put back together. I haven't noticed any sticking when unscrewing it. I probably would have given it 5 stars if the hanger on top was actually big enough to use, you will need some kind of extension unless you have a spot where it can just sit.

Well made and very pretty

Love this idea! However, once you fill it and turn it back upside down, just about all of the water comes out, spilling out of the bird reservoir. LOL  Unless I'm missing something in the way I'm filling it up. 
Maybe you're supposed to just fill the bottom and only unscrew it for washing.  That makes more sense to me, now, as I'm writing this review.   :)

didn't think this through......

This item was broken when received and the metal tray was bent. This feeder is glass and when shipped just a small thin piece of paper was just stuck between it and another item. There was small pieces of shard glass all in the box. The store clerk and I could not believe how this was shipped since there were three glass feeders in this order. I have ordered a lot of items from Walmart and this is the first of any problems with my orders. Also, the metal tray for the feeder that screws on jar is to light and flimsy for the glass jar. Will not order another one.
