We had to make a banner on white vinyl to be seen from the street (25 feet) and these letters worked just fine. The only way I could think of to get them lined up was to project a laser level on the vinyl hanging on the wall by grommets. I also typed the words onto a computer file and saved as a *.jpg picture file so that the word and paragraph spacing would look right. Then I projected the picture onto the hanging vinyl, along with the laser level guidelines, and placed these adhesive letters in place. It came out pretty good. Good luck to you.

This is a great letter set even though a little pricey.  It is hard to find large vinyl letters though.
