Busy life , last thing I want to do is clean the litter box multiple times a day. This thing cleans efficiently and I only have to empty the bag once every six days maybe like foster cats so when I have other cats in the house, I often empty up more often they always take to the litter box very easy! The reason why I went with Petcove over any other of the competitors is because all the reviews sounded great and they offer a lifetime warranty. Didn't see any other offers with a lifetime warranty. Would highly recommend it's worth the money.

This litter box really made life with cats so much easier. No more messy scooping, no more strong odor , no more running out of litter constantly from litter changes. The ability to just take the bag out and tie it up compared to scooping litter is amazing! And the infrared sensor is perfect bc my cats get curious when it starts moving so they will sometimes try to jump in, and it stops instantly. That peace of mind knowing that it won't harm my cats is priceless. I recommend this to all my friends, absolute game changer.

Game Changer

I've had this automatic litter box for 14 months and it's been a really good investment. It's quiet, keeps smell down (does have a little smell sometimes after use, but it dissipates quickly as it then deodorizes)
 and easy on my back. Lucy never had an issue using it. She's a cat and very curious about things in her home. I've been very pleased with this purchase! Must admit, I am getting ready to take apart and clean earlier than last time, as rubber floor that goes under litter in barrel has come detached from one side. Hopefully it won't be a hard fix.

should be a lil mor spacious and beable to rotate  it as you take the trash out to lpoop fll into the actual bottom of the bag and it seems like its always telling me to keep an eye on the garbage space

Having freezing issues, i think i am using wrong litter, it wasnt doing that with last litter. However, it was running repeated cycles over many days to get clumps to drop, too cheap of litter. Customer service is wonderful, hope changing litter solves my freezing n not speedy clumping as stated with 1st litter used. Fyi being able to set delay in cycle would give it a chance to clump as stated, 7 minutes min. Still happy as long as lifetime warranty is honored because i already ordered 2nd litter box.

Customer service is exceptuonal

Setup was frustrating. The buttons didn't work, the app wouldn't connect, and the display kept saying it was full. The drum kept stopping with an error, and multiple resets and unplugs didn't help at first. After several tries, it finally worked. My cat started using it right away. The trash flap stayed open after the first cleaning, but that hasn't happened again. Odor control seems good so far, and the litter levels evenly after each cycle. The auto-sanitizing feature seems helpful, but I'm unsure how safe or effective the ozone function is since there's little information about it. The buttons are confusing since each has two functions. Overall, it's working as expected, though I'll keep an eye out for leaks or cleaning issues. It's compact, lightweight, and fits my small space, but the app lacks useful details.

Setup was frustrating but it's working nicely so far

At first I loved this litter box, but then the grey rubber bottom broke. They initially sent me a replacement however, it then broke again! When the grey plastic bottom breaks, the litter gets trapped underneath and then it becomes pretty stinky and worthless. They would not send me another replacement and they do not sell it separately so I ended up having to trash the entire litter box (even though it was a simple fix). It felt like such a waste of money to have to throw a litter box away when it could have been a simple fix. Anyway, I ended up having to buy a brand new litter box and this one was WAY better, they actually drilled the grey rubber piece to the bottle to prevent it from warping, so when looking for an automatic litter box I recommend looking for that design! I went with the brand new meowant!  Not only is this other brand more durable but the cleaning process is a million times better. Don't waste your money on Petcove!

Not worth the money!!!

You are currently closed but I will be calling customer service immediately when you open. The rubber litter mat is so distorted I can only fit a cup or two of litter in the entire unit. It does NOT have a a proper seal and I can see through little gaps where it meets the tab. This is NOT enough litter. The silicone mat is such bad quality that it's basically rendering the whole machine ineffective
