I got nervous when I noticed the water feeder float seemed cheap but it works great!! I am very pleased (but not nearly as the dogs are) by this item! It holds a bunch of water and the base is very simple to clean!

A simple, smart way to assure water for pets!

My only real complaint is that my rotten little cats like to play in the water dish and when the water in this gets junk in it you have to carry the whole assembly to the sink and remove the reservoir in order to wash out the bowl. Otherwise it's a good product and your pets always have water.

Convenient source of water

I've been looking for a water bowl that I can use with 1L soda bottles but cant find those anymore. So I got this one because im tired of filling up the water bowl. Its 1.5 gallons so instead of filling up a big bowl 2x a day, I fill this every 3 days. So much easier on me. My little Chihuahua is still a little afraid of it lol but the bigger pup is happy with it.. it looks nice too.

Our dogs are suspicious of everything new and different from what they are familiar with. So, we were not surprised that they initially avoided the water bowl like the plague. They are still a little skittish about it, but they have approached it to take a few sips. They do not like it when the jug refills the bowl as the water level gets low.

It's going to take time for our dogs to try it!

I bought this for my cat. At first she was scared of it, but after about a week she started using it. It holds a good amount of water and I don't hear it “chug chug” like my dogs waterer does. Good quality product that I see us using for many years to come. I bought the 1.5 gallon option.

Construction well made. Saves a lot of time just in re-filling pet water bowls. They love it .  I  like that it re-freshens  water bowl after every drink. I'm  investing in another 1 for stray cats outside.  Light weight, so easy to carry, use, and easy to clean.

I love that the one cat does not knock it over, and it's perfect size holding several days of water in it: for 3 cats, at least 4 days, or even more, on 3/4th full.

Sturdy, Efficient

Rhe size is bigger than I expected but my Jay stays alone up to two days monitored by a feeding snack camera,so is great to know that he has water for those two days if needed and more,never know when an emergency may arise. He's a maltese so is  great for a fur baby like him he is 8 pounds. but it would be great for a bigger dog. I recommend this item.

this was supposed to be dishwasher safe, but it is absolutely not. first time I put it in the dishwasher it melted the top that's why I bought this because I have hard water and I wanted to be able to clean it easier hence the dishwasher safe it is very clearly not.

The water bowl itself  is actually fine and works well. However, I didn't read the description well.  It holds a gallon and a half of water and is very heavy.  I was unable to turn it upside down with water in it.
