I bought the product thinking that the filter will keep the bowl clean. It did but it also kept any water from dispensing. Based on the instructions it is pretty clear what to do, so why does it not do what's it's meant? Now I'm forced to squeeze the bottle twice a day to make sure my dog has water.

Bad  product

You have to tap the storage part daily or the dry food doesn't flow into the bowl.  If you are planning to use this to feed your pets while you are away, forget it!  Worse still, the storage bin doesn't lock into place securely and dislodges so easily that I often found myself spilling kibble all over the floor.

What a total waste of money!

Water bottle does not fill the bowl! The bottom of the water dispenser is too low in the bottom of the bowl. I have wiggle the top to force water in!!!! Junk!!!
