The Petpals Condo with Lookout is sturdy, attractive and -- best of all -- my cat is using it!  I wanted something to use in the living room area, in front of the sliding glass doors that look out upon a wooded area with lots of wildlife activity.  This is perfect, because now my cat has his choice of three levels from which to view the birds and other critters, or simply to take a nap.  It is not at all an eyesore in the living room area.  It has a nice padding to it, and my cat is using the woven paper rope scratching post as much as he uses the sisal ones elsewhere.  FYI, the top shelf is relatively small, about 12" from side to side between the rim; my ten-pound cat can curl up in it comfortably, but maybe a larger cat would not take to it.  On the other hand, the lower condo is plenty roomy, as is the middle shelf.  I'm very glad I made this purchase.  And by the way, PetPals cat decor is eco-friendly as well as pet-friendly.
