[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came as a replacement for an older model that had failed. Pfister replaced it at no cost with this beautiful faucet. It was easy to install and works smoothly. We really enjoy the few extra inches the style affords.

After having a problem with the first faucet leaking constantly I contacted the customer service folks who promptly replaced the defective product.  I was absolutely impressed by the concern of Pfister to ensure I was a happy customer and fully intend on telling everyone who will listen how good this company takes care of it customers.  The replacement product was an exact match for the one it replaced and is working perfectly.

Gloria Bathroom Upgrade

Love the height of this bath faucet . Do not have to worry you'll hit your hands while washing them on faucet head. Also, the handle to turn the water on is so easy to control the temperature and the amount of water flow. 
 I purchased the brushed nickel and love the look of the faucet. It has a very updated look without being too contemporary. 
Easy to keep clean, no water marks to worry about. Only negative for me is that the hardness of the water leaves white calcium deposits where base meets the faucet head seams. 
 Customer service was great, sent me a new faucet and explained how to keep it clean. The new replacement faucet hasn't had the same issue since I keep up with the cleaning of the white calcium deposits. I would recommend this faucet for performance and functionality.

Pasadena Single Control Faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty faucet.  I like the style, the sleek lines, the single handle, and the brushed nickle.  At first I was concerned about how water spotted it looked, but after a couple weeks all was good.  I like the look of not having a drain plug pull on it, but I'm not overly fond of the push and seal drain.  The lines down the front where the pieces of the faucet meet up tend to collect soap scum and such, so it would be better if it was all one piece but it's not terrible.  After less than a year mine did for some strange reason start having the finish bubble on the front where it sits on the sink.  They did send me a replacement quickly, though, so you can't beat the customer service!  And I've never had a problem like that before, so I'm sure it was just a fluke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had faucet for about a year for so. I do like the design and it functions well, with the single center handle. Brushed nickel finish attractive and matches my bathroom. hard to keep it gerork ts and water spots from showing. I will it down regularly and use only vinegar and water to clean and attempt to prevent white residue accumulation at seams.  I am most disappointed and surprised that the material itself is failing. On base plate close to where it is mounted on the sink, there is erosion and a small whole has developed. I am concerned about further deterioration of that area. I clean the area well, but this should not have occurred at all. Seems to be a material failure.  I plan on covering the spot with a clear nail lacquer to seal it.

Love design and functionality. Durability lacking.
