I recently purchased this faucet in polished chrome to replace an eleven year old Pasadena model in brushed nickel. This new faucet has the "push to seal" type drain pop-up, rather than the older, push rod controlled drain pop-up.
The faucet and drain assembly were easy to install. My one complain, so far, is that the push to seal pop-up drain makes a quite loud, audible "click" every time the drain is opened or closed. This loud click is similar to the clicking sound of a child's hand held "click toy". Perhaps the Pfister engineers can work on this.
This is not a complaint, just the way my unit came out of the box. My new Pasadena does not have the "Pfast Connect" supply hose connections, but rather the older, direct water supply hose to faucet fitting attachment.
This faucet does not have the "heft" of the original faucet. Not sure what the faucet body is made of, but it does not have the strong feel of the older faucet.
