Wrong, This Faucet does, In fact, it may outlive me. Don't get me wrong, Yes there were times when something on it needed to be fixed or replace. With Price Pfister there are no worries, Just make sure you know what you bought, Pfister is the BEST! No questions asked, They will send you the part needed, If that does not work, They will send you a new Faucet. I had to replace this once in about 15 years, The only problem I had was I had to get a skinny plumber to put it in, I have it in a corner with a small door. The style after 15 years IMO, is still nicer then many out there. It works great. I had an issue less than a year ago, The sprayer did not have much pressure. Price Pfister sent me a diverter and that solved the problem. My Sister in law took my Recommendation and Bought All Price Pfister products for their 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. She loves me even more. Loves them better than her old Products that started with a D

Originally Purchased March 2, 2022. The faucet was defective I received a replacement March 19, 2022. I love this faucet. Recently I noticed a leak around control handle the rubber seal where it mounted to the granite. I need manufacture replacement seal. I would be more than glad to pay. Please advise where I can order.

Great Faucet Overall

Bought this beautiful faucet set in 2004 for our kitchen remodel. No problems til several years ago, the spray attachment quit working properly. Pfister sent a replacement but in a stainless steel finish. It didn't match the satin nickel finish on my set & looked terrible next to the bright silver.  Decided to just keep the old, non working one in place but disconnected. Found out now that the satin nickel finish is discontinued & I need some replacement parts that will be exposed. I still don't want a mix & match look on my faucet set. This set has served us well for many years & I hate to have to replace the whole thing but seems I have no recourse.

wonderful & sturdy product can't be beat!

I have have this product since 2004 and we thing it's just great ! Over the years, there have been a couple of things that have worn out and When I contacted Price Pfister abut this that have sent me the necessary replacement parts at no cost to me. I also have this same faucet in my summer home in Michigan. I think standing behind your product means a lot.

Life Time Warranty means what it says !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this faucet set and even more in love with Pfister's customer service. I bought this set about five years ago and had an issue with the faucet breaking. They were quick to send out a replacement after I sent them a photo of the broken piece. It's nice to see a company 100% behind their products and so eager to make things right. I get a lot of compliments on this set in Rustic Bronze because it goes so nice with my black granite sink and kitchen colors in black and brown. I am a Pfister customer for life!

Looks so elegant!

Let's face it.  Living in a house with 4 kids will put everything you own to the test.  When I think about how much the kitchen faucet gets used (and abused -- see reference to 4 kids) I am extremely happy with this product.  It was installed in the house before we got here but I can tell you my next house will have a P-Pf faucet.    Call me impressed.

Survived My Kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this faucet for many years. My wife loves it. Won't consider a change. We have had to replace the diverter several times due to flow problems.At least that is easy. Pfister has been good about supplying replacement divwriters.

We built our house seven years ago . I've had 5 plumbers look at this faucet because it leaks from all parts. Every time they tell me to just buy a new one . I am going to give up and buy a new one.

WE have had this installed for about a month. We quit using the sprayer 1 week in. It barely has enough pressure to be useful, and will squirt the user every time you grab for it.
Poor design, and functionality for the price you pay.
