Virginia

Had master plumber install, the square piece behind the handle turns in a different direction then the handle, it should stay stationary or turn with the handle. Also the hot water does not get completely hot. The issue seems to be with the handle. What do you recommend. It was just installed 4 months ago and pointed this out to builder and master plumber they seem to be perplexed

While I love the look of this unit...the quality absolutely stinks!!! Prior to even the first year, the paint started chipping off of the parts and the valve that was needed to use the unit was made cheaply of plastic and a piece of it broke off. It hasn't affected the operation of the unit, yet, but for the price I was hoping for quality pieces to be used inside, perhaps metal, instead of plastic!!! Very disappointed!!!!!!

Poor Quality!!!!!!

We moved into our house 2 years ago. The seller just redid our master bath and used this model. I was so excited because it looked so good and Iooked it up and I saw she spend a lot on it. Over the last two years the black paint on the faucet has been chipping and it looks so bad. I was going to suck it up until the faucet started to come detached from the wall and push out exposing the pipe. I looked at the manual and it seems to be only missing a screw but I assume the screw is now down my drain. The manual does NOT tell you what size screw or which one to use so I can fix the issue. The handle to adjust the temp is also super loose and I tried to tigten it many times.

LOTS OF ISSUES

Like some of the other reviewers, i purchased a house that just had the bathroom redone with this model shower kit. This kit barely lasted 5 years, and truth be told barely lasted 3 years. The primary offender is the bath faucet, which has chipped and discolored, and pulled away from the wall - quite an eye sore, and embarrassing if you have guests over. It's incredibly frustrating because these are expensive, and there's some expectation of quality product. I would suggest avoiding this model.
