Resists ink bleed through and feathering.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a well built journal, in a faux leather cover binding. It has a fabric page marker and a paper pocket attached to the back cover to hold small mementos. It also has an elastic band to hold the journal closed. The pages are lined and soft, and absorb well the ink tested without smudging or bleeding to the other side. I tested a page with a ballpoint pen, ballpoint pen and highlighter, liquid gel pen, fountain pen and 2B graphite pencil. All were comfortable to write and dried quickly without smudging.
It seems to be as the perfect elegant notebook for everyday casual note taking, just not as sturdy and the high end most expensive real leather ones.

Elegant and affordable for every day writing

CRE8 DIRECT NINGBO CO LTD

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a perfect, compact journal. The brown leather look is timeless and allows it to be used for multiple functions (personal or professional).

I really appreciated the elastic closure on it which helped keep it closed when in my bag. The pages opened easily and it didn't feel too stiff. Overall, really happy!

Excellent Multifunctional Journal

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this as a gift for testing purposes. I love the fact that it is compact and can fit in most totes/medium purses. I've tried it for a month and it is quite durable - little to no scratches on the cover. The paper was also of great quality so ink did not run through the other pages.

Compact and practical journal

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really liked this journal it was the perfect size to be able to carry around while also fitting in my bag. I loved that it had a bookmark so I could always find my place or mark something important. The paper was nice and thick so there was no bleed thru. I also enjoyed the elastic closure overall a very nicely designed product.

Nicely designed product!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The little journal is great, I used to write down notes from meetings. It is small size, and thus fits perfectly in a purse. I've used it with several different types of pen/pencils and so far I am happy. The paper thickness is good. The ink doesn't transfer on the back of the pages, so it could be used double-sided. The page marking string is great, and the elastic closer prevents it from getting damaged when transported. The cover is soft and durable.

Mighty little journal.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This leather journal is a testament to the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern functionality. Encased in a supple leather cover that exudes a vintage charm, this notebook is more than just a writing accessory; it's a companion for thinkers, artists, and writers alike.

A must have for anyone who just wants to write!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The size of the journal is perfect for carrying around and the ruled sheets are a delight to write on. I prefer ruled sheets over unruled ones because it helps me keep my writing organized.

However, I did notice that the journal doesn't stay open easily while writing or reading from it. This can be a little inconvenient sometimes, but it's understandable given the thickness of the leather cover and the number of sheets it contains. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the journal and it's definitely on my list of quality leather journals.

Ruled and thick leather back journal.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am happy with this journal that I received. The pages are smooth and feel satisfying to write on. I love that it has a small pocket on the last page to help secure any loose papers you may want to hold on to. It also contains a page keeper which is handy and makes it quick to open. The only aspect I am not 100% sold on is the leather itself, it feels a bit cheap feeling and I can tell it will likely indent as I use this more and more.

Great little journal

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The paper feels like it's good quality, but not extremely heavy as well. I like the elastic closure to keep notes and papers in place. I would give it 5/5 if the overall feel was a little nicer. Would buy again if I need something similar.

Nice journal for daily use.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It's a pretty standard notebook, there's not really much to say about it. It's a nice small size, perfect for journalling and portability. However I will say that although this is called a "brown LEATHER journal", it's definitely not real leather.

Pretty standard notebook

Pg Bond Lthr Brown Journal brown leatherette lined notebook with elastic band closure, 120 lined sheets and ribbon bookmark, 8.25 in x 5.25 in (21 x 13.3 cm), Pen+Gear cover; suitable as a compact work notebook or travel log.
