I screwed the legs on and plugged it in the screen had lines in it must of got dropped during shipping seller was fast to respond and emailed me a return shipping label and ups picked it up didn't have to do nothing getting refund once seller gets tv back to bad the screen was cracked

the order came fast i put the legs on plugged it in than i can see only lines on the tv it must of got dropped while it was in transit and it was an open box that i bought contacted walmart they said wait for 48hrs to hear from the seller so he can tell me how to go about returning the tv i just wish it wasnt broken i was so happy when the tv arrived than bang a shot to the heart it didnt work frustrating but i will get a replacement from the seller

the screen was damaged no picture
