Food is cooked to a crispy exterior without excess oil.

We've really loved using our air fryer. It actually does what they say it does! It's made cooking at home fun again. We leave it right on the counter and when we run into a roadblock for what to have for a meal, we come up with something to put in the fryer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for design was because I wish the basket was a bit bigger to cook more at once. But we cook in batches and put it in the oven to keep the food warm. I was a bit skeptical at first but for health reasons I wanted to try this. We were pleasantly surprised. So far, this has been a quality product.

Lot of fun to use

I have gone through 3 other brands which cost must less and after opening the box I could immediately see the difference in quality. My only suggestion on this model is that the temp dial should be better labeled for temps instead of dots between main temps

Perfect

I almost took it back because it wasn't digital. Some recipes call for a temperature of 392° and I couldn't figure it out. But after averaging the dial it worked out great. I use it all the time. Love the idea that frying doesn't have to be fattening, but delicious!

Easy to use

When I ordered this I was worried that I wouldn't use it enough to warrant the price and that it would end up at the back of a cupboard. I had nothing to worry about. I use it at least once/day, sometimes more. It is incredibly easy and quick to use, is easy to clean, has way shorter cooking times than the oven and the food comes out as if it has been deep fried except without the oil. Really fantastic.

Changed the way I use my kitchen

I've used an Air Fryer for a while and just upgraded to my new Philips. It does a great job--I use it many nights instead of my oven which is wonderful in the summer. I did spiralized sweet potato which turned out crispy and perfect and then Parmesan Chicken Breasts. The chicken was crispy on the outside but so moist inside--and only a spritz of olive oil before cooking. Love fried foods but didn't want the calories--this is awesome. And cleans up like a charm. Highly recommend.

Love it!

I have not yet used my air fryer! When I purchased it I assumed I would receive some of the required accessories. I did not. I have tried to go online to purchase, but my model just has a 4 digit model number, and every accessory I need/want has a three or four digit or alphabet extension. I have been too busy to get on the phone with the company to figure out which model I have, so the really nice-looking appliance on my counter is still unused. I am excited,to be able to fry lots of things, but with no racks, basket or other accessories I am unable to enjoy it.

I have not yet used my fryer!

Product would be excellent if I could obtain the Grill Pan HD9940 - has been on back order since April. Accessory pieces should be readily available or included with the item - cost was higher than other air fryers.

Great product - need missing pan

We really enjoy this little air fryer for doing healthy french fries. Toss potatoes ahead of time in a bit of olive oil, then air fry for 15 minutes and you have delicious, healthy fries! Only drawback is the basket for the fryer is small, so we end up doing two batches, which is not a big deal, just not as convenient as it could be.

Easy to use and clean

I am still in the learning curve phase but overall I am satisfied with this air fryer. Makes bacon easily and the cleanup of being able to put it in the dishwasher is great. The frozen biscuits were very good. It would be helpful if there was a better cookbook of recipes included with the purchase or at least a quick reference cooking guide sheet. I have been using one I found on Pinterest. Mostly it is just trial and error right now to get things cooked to the desired doneness. I would also like the timer knob to be able to turn off easily and have the individual increments more visible. Once I fully learn how to use it, I feel it will get more use.

So far satisfied!

I decided for my first recipe with the air fryer I would use the Buttermilk Chicken recipe which was in the recipe book that came with the Air Fryer. After the allotted time I removed the chicken only to find the flour batter was still white and not brown as the recipe picture had shown. The chicken was done, bot I had to remove the crust to be able to use chicken. Don't really know what went wrong. Any suggestions?

The Airfryer was a Christmas gift.
