The essentials set to welcome baby. This set includes the Philips Avent Anti-colic with AirFree vent bottles, which are designed to reduce feeding issues: such as colic, gas, and reflux. The unique AirFree vent is designed to draw air away from the nipple keeping it full of milk to avoid air ingestion. This vent also keeps the nipple full of milk even when the bottle is held horizontal, allowing for upright feeding. Feeding in an upright position can help to reduce reflux and aid in digestion. The nipple shape is designed for a secure latch for a comfortable feed. The bottle is easy to clean and assemble with few parts. The AirFree vent is only one piece and is easy to clean without any special tools. The Anti-colic bottle features a valve, integrated into the nipple, that reduces vacuum buildup and reducing air into your baby’s tummy. Four sealing discs included to turn the bottles into storage containers, store and feed from the same container. To keep your bottles clean, a bottle brush that features a curved brush head for easy cleaning of rounded bottle edges and a molded tip to clean the nipple is included. Sterilize bottles and baby products with the reusable Microwave steam sterilizer bags. The soft lightweight feel of the Snuggle pacifier holder helps babies feel secure and makes finding the pacifier easy. Comfort baby with the Ultra soft pacifiers or the Soothie pacifiers. The set includes a handy snack/formula dispenser that carries 3 premeasured portions of food in separate compartments. The Anti-colic bottle can be used with or without the AirFree vent, giving you the option based on your baby’s feeding needs. The soft silicone nipple is available in different flow rates for babies of all ages, flows 1-4. We recommend using the Philips Avent Anti-colic baby bottle with Philips Avent Anti-colic bottle nipples. This set includes 3 4oz Anti-colic bottles with AirFree vent with Flow 1 nipples, 2 9oz Anti-colic bottles with AirFree vent with Flow 2 nipples, 1 bottle brush, 5 microwave steam sterilizer bags, 1 snack/formula dispenser, 1 Snuggle pacifier holder, 2 Soothie pacifiers 0-3 months, and 2 ultra soft pacifiers 0-6 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this set. As a first-time mom, I really appreciated having these bottles during the newborn stage. We started using them in my baby's second week of life and they made a noticeable difference with his colic, reflux, and feeding difficulties from a lip tie. I liked being able to actually see the AirFree vent working because it kept air out of the nipple and helped cut down on gas.
We had tried another popular anti colic brand, but the bottles were narrow with too many pieces to clean and even the slowest nipple flowed too fast. These Avent bottles were much easier to wash because the parts are larger and don't trap residue in small grooves. I also like that they can still be used without the vent insert, which is not the case with every anti colic bottle. The pacifier was an easy win since it was the same style the hospital gave us and my baby already liked it. I usually prefer washing bottles in a bottle washer, but I did try the brush for the sake of the review and thought it was good quality, especially the grooved end that cleaned inside the nipple so well.
I also liked that the set comes with two bottle sizes and different nipples, which has made it easy to find the right flow as my baby has grown. He is almost three months old and still finds the size 2 nipple to be the most comfortable. Overall, this set has made feeding much easier and less stressful for both of us.

Great Bottles for Colicky Babies

philips.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

We really love the set! The bottles are standard, but what makes the product great is the AirFree vent - it works really well! I also loved that the bottles came with two different sized nipples. I also really liked the bottle warmer, as my LO is quite particular with the milk temperature. A drop too cold and he won't take it. The warmer took a little time to get used to and figure out, but it does an outstanding job.

The one thing that I'm not sure about is the pacifier. Our LO doesn't take pacifiers at all, so we were unable to try them out.

Overall, the set is a must have for new moms. I already have neighbors who bought the set after they saw us using it!

Great set and love the warmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one set has so many useful things- three 4oz bottles with 0m+ nipple, two 9oz bottles with 1m+ nipple, a cute giraffe snuggle pacifier holder, formula dispenser, a 0-6m super soft pacifier and a bottle brush. I already bought a couple of these for baby showers.

It was easy for my little one to have milk using these bottles. They are so easy to clean with the provided bottle brush.

My little one has her favorite pacifier. I was able to use snuggle buddy pacifier holder with it since it had to different ways to attach it. I am pretty sure she will start using the pacifier included.

Thank you Stellar Panel for choosing me to review this product. I like that it has different size bottles and nipples that can be interchanged. I am very satisfied with this product.

Great baby registry gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our little one had no problem using these Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottles that we received from Stellar Panel product testing! It's a great bottle set that really has everything you need. I love that there are different size bottles included and a brush to clean them with. She hasn't used the paci & snuggle buddy yet, but she is only 6 weeks old, so we'll see once she is older. It is a nice addition to the set though! My one disclosure is that our girl doesn't struggle with colic, so I can't attest to how much they help with that, but they certainly meet all our needs! I would definitely recommend them to any new mom.

Great Bottle Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle With AirFree Vent Newborn Gift Set With Snuggle, Clear, SCD306/10 through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The set is great for any new parents like ourselves. Our son latches to the bottles with no issues and the two bottle sizes will be great as he continues to grow and drink a higher volume. The bottles can go in the dishwasher but the bottle brush makes hand washing them very easy when you just need a clean bottle quickly. Additionally, the design of the anti-colic device is so easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Also, the normal pacifier and giraffe pacifier are just icing on the cake for this all around great gift set, our son takes these well.
The only thing we were not a fan of is the formula dispenser. We ended up using this as a storage container to separate snacks for our toddler on the go instead of the intended use which is to separate three servings of formula. For us, we either bring the formula container with us (similar size to the dispenser) or put the formula in a bottle to add water later. It is a neat concept, but we don't feel it is as useful as the other items in the gift set.
Overall, any new parent will love this gift set. It has the essentials and the cute item (giraffe). It feels very personable, and is nice to have it all in one.

Great Gift for New Parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I loved how it will have you prepared for your newborn and right through to the toddler years . With two sizes of bottles included you're ready whether your little one takes breastmilk or formula at any age. I thought that this makes the set a great registry option.
Using the bottles was really simple, and I think they'll be easy for baby to hold once they're using their little hands with more confidence. Cleaning them was also easy, which is a huge plus in my book.
Finally, I really liked that the pacifier included (with the snuggle buddy) is the one I was recommended while at the hospital. They look so cute using it too!

Great set to be ready for baby and then some

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to review this product for the Stellar Product Testing Panel. When it arrived I was impressed with how it efficiently it was packed. came efficiently packed. They fit so much in that little box! For a starter gift set, it had everything we could need to start feeding and soothing! I was especially happy that it came with 2 different pacifiers to try!

I gave this product 4 stars only because my little unfortunately would not take the bottles. However, she loves the little snuggle and the ultra soft pacifier (which was her older sister's favorite as a baby too)! We've also been using the formula dispenser as a snack holder for my toddler.

I think this would be a great starter gift for someone who is planning to bottle feed (whether pumped milk or formula). I love the design and if my little would have taken it, I feel like it could have really helped with her air intake when feeding!

Great Gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like most breastfeeding moms I was nervous to try a new bottle. My little one transitioned between bfing and these advent bottles with no issues. The parts are easy to clean and the vent/colic feature is a big plus for us! I love that the snuggle can be used with other pacifiers for different stages (which are also included) or any brand that your baby favors and can be cleaned easily. The best part about this set is the amount of quality products you get for such a great price! The warmer is also very easy to use, doesn't take up a lot of space, and works quickly compared to other brands we have tried. Overall I gave it 4 starts only for the fact the parts are more narrow which makes them a little harder to clean if using a regular sponge bottle brush. I like the brush included but personally feel the sponge ones clean more surface than bristled ones. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone making a registry or with babies who take bottles solely for its colic prevention, price for all you get, and overall ease of use with each item included. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product testing panel.

Best set for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this set, and parts of it are great, but the bottle was a let down. I received this set as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel and having a fussy, gassy baby who frequently spits up, I was most excited to try the anti-colic bottle. I watched a video on how the milk is supposed to “lock” into the nipple when held correctly and thought “how cool!” Not so cool in practice. Tilting the bottle down as shown to let the milk flow in, it drips quickly from even the level 1 nipple. Then when I fed baby in the upright position (best for colic), the moment the bottle is even close to level, all the air bubbles just flowed right into the nipple. This happened even if bottle was still slightly less than 45 degrees downward, not even fully level, (and yes, it was while keeping the vent at the top of the bottle as instructed). I kept re checking instructions and everything was put together and held as it should be, but the milk never stayed “locked” in the nipple. I included photos so you can see what I mean. This occurred with every bottle we gave him that day.
Also the nipple was very wide at the base, and I think my little guy struggled to get a great latch, so a lot dribbled down his chin.

I did love the bottle warmer. It's very quiet and works quickly when you need those precious few minutes to get that bottle warm! I would definitely still purchase that.

I think my favorite piece was the detachable pacifier friend. Such a cool feature! You can use it with a paci your little one prefers, not just what it comes with. Although my guy also really liked the 0-3mo pacifier that was included. It's light weight so he seemed to let go less than with bigger pacifiers.

I will say one great thing about the bottles was that they are much easier to clean and have fewer components than another alternative anti-colic bottle we've been using. But unfortunately with all the air bubbles leaking into the the nipple at each feed, I didn't notice a reduction in his burps, spit up and frequent hiccups he gets after feeding.

I would still recommend this set to a new mom who hasn't invested in other bottles. After all, the other pieces of the set were great, and the bottle has fewer parts to clean than other brands I've tried.

Bottle has its issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm disappointed in this set. The warmer takes a very long time to warm bottles. I do love the fact there are not a ton of pieces to the bottles, but my little one was not a fan of the nipples and took a very long time to finish a bottle yet he's on flow 1 nipples from another brand and can finish fairly quickly. Might be a good gift for a baby that isn't use to a certain bottle. Disclosure - I was given this to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Not the quickest

The agent bottle only works if you've attached everything PERFECTLY, and when you do, it's an impeccable bottle. If you don't, however, it is awful to use; the bottle pours out or explodes on you, your baby can't get ANYTHING out of it, you think your baby's feeding but then you check and they haven't gotten anything out of it. It's the most frustrating bottle I've used, and I hate it. When it works one in ten times, I love it, but good luck. Even following every step to set it up to a tee doesn't guarantee it will function properly.

Great bottle. Also the most truly TERRIBLE bottle.

Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent Gift set with six clear bottles featuring white caps and teal AirFree vents to reduce colic, two white pacifiers, two teal Soothie pacifiers, a giraffe plush pacifier holder, a curved bottle brush, a gray snack/formula dispenser, and five purple microwave steam sterilizer bags.
