The unique AirFree vent is designed to draw air away from the nipple keeping it full of milk to avoid air ingestion. This vent also keeps the nipple full of milk even when the bottle is held horizontal, allowing for upright feeding. Feeding in an upright position can help to reduce reflux and aid in digestion. It includes a pacifier, a bottle-cleaning brush, and two different sizes of bottles. This set is ideal for a baby shower gift or for first-time moms. I would definitely recommend it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these bottles through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Pros: My baby took to these bottles very well! I love how simple and effective the anti-colic system is and that it is only one piece that pops right in and not multiple that needs to be assembled. Cleaning is a breeze, too. I love that the pack also  comes with a different flow rate nipple, as yo never know where your newborn will be with feeding until they're here! Cons; these nipples do drip. That is probably the main downside for us as we got used to the natural response nipples that don't leak/drip. Those nipples are not interchangeable with these bottles, either, which is another bummer. Aside from that, though, the system itself is great! Definitely noticeably reduces gas. You can see the nipple fill with milk during the feed even if the bottle is tilted and there is noticeably no air bubbles being sucked down by baby. I breast feed and bottle feed interchangeably and there was zero confusion for my baby when these were introduced. Whenever he gets a little extra fussy, I make sure to use these bottles for the next few feeds and his gas subsides - so I'd say they work very well! Would definitely recommend. Wish they came in glass though!

Easy and Effective

We got these bottles as part of the stellar product testing panel so we tried them out after having difficulty with numerous bottles and he was able to transfer a significant amount more than other bottles. He also didn't pull away during eating as much which helped and we didn't have to burp midway through feeding
Super easy to clean, no little holes that are hard to get to and easy to assemble 
Im so glad we got these bottles because I really thought it was my babe just couldn't handle a bottle but it was the bottle, not my boy

Good for newborns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bottle set. This bottle set has everything! 2 smaller 4oz bottles with Flow 1 nipples. 2 larger 9oz bottle with Flow 2 nipples. An extra Flow 2 nipple and a Flow 3 nipple. It also includes a pacifier and bottle brush. 
My daughter had only personally used the Flow 1 and Flow 2 nipples before receiving this set because she tends to guzzle her bottles so the Flow 3 always seemed like too much. We did try out the Flow 3 and unfortunately it was too fast for her because she would cough a few times when using it.
This kit isn't the first experience I had with the Philips Avent Anti-Colic Bottles and Pacifier - we tried multiple different brands when she was born because she had horrible reflux and was extremely colicky. These bottles made the biggest impact on combating both issues because the vent would keep any back flow of air out and would keep milk in the nipple! This pacifier is also the only pacifier she ever took to. We have about 5 or 6 scattered around at any given time haha.
The only two areas I would possibly deduct points to be a 4.5 star review would be that the AirFree vents started snapping on us after months of use (pic provided). When you put it in/on the top of the bottle, it sits right into the rim of the bottle - however, trying to get it out for cleaning without using your finger nails to pop it up is difficult and the edges break. We have still used them broken before receiving this set to review because it hasn't hindered their function.
The second possible deduction, would be the pacifier doesn't have a spot to attach it to a standard pacifier clip with a string loop. So we sliced a hole which ended up ripping. Still her favorite paci so we can't get rid of it haha.
The bottle brush works for what it's intended to do, but it isn't my personal favorite for the cleaning job. The bristles on the brush are stiff and the end for the nipple cleaning is just hard plastic. I prefer a silicone bottle brush with a contoured part for the nipples.
I would recommend this set for any expectant family as a gift!

Philips Avent AntiColic Bottle Newborn Gift Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Philips Avent anti colic bottles from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review and they are great!  They do truly help with my baby's gas after feedings. I notice less bubbles in the bottle as the air is diverting through the valve component. I gave 4 stars because the valve sometimes folds a little and you have to adjust it, but other than that it's worth the 1 extra bottle part for the benefit my baby receives in reducing fussiness and gas!

Gas Relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set has everything you need to get started with bottle feeding and bigger bottles for when your little is older. After trying many bottles, the Phillips Avent Anti-colic system is the only thing that drastically improved gas and reflux issues in our baby. There is hardly any spit up now even if she doesn't end up burping. I would give it a 5/5 in terms of symptom improvement, however the bottles are a pain to assemble and clean. The green vent has to be in tightly in order to seal without leaking, but then it is really hard to pry it out. For the first few uses I had to use a knife to pry it out, which caused it to deform a little over time. The vent also tends to deform from the sterilizer use over time, making it hard to push all the way in and causing leakage over time. There is also no way to assemble it without touching the vent with your hands which can be a concern in terms of keeping everything sterile. Another downside is formula tends to clump in the vent part when mixing. I end up mixing it in the bottle without the vent first, opening it back up and putting the vent in then. It's not a problem when feeding breast milk thought. The included brush is okay for washing the bottles, but you need something smaller for the bottle tops and vent. Our LO did not like the included paci but I do see that most newborns do like it.

Improved our gas and reflux symptoms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Philips Avent Anti-Colic bottles gift set after we received them as a free gift from stellar panel product testing and they've made a noticeable difference for my baby. The vent system really helped reduce gas and discomfort, which gave us both some much needed relief. I also love how easy the vent is to clean no complicated parts or hard-to-reach spots. The only downside for us was the nipple. Since my baby is breastfed, the transition wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped, and he struggled a bit compared to other bottles. Overall, though, these bottles are a great option for reducing gas and keeping feeding time simpler. The bottle brush it comes with is also great for cleaning the bottles the bristles aren't too stiff to scratch the plastic but also aren't to soft that it makes it hard to scrub. Unfortunately my breast fed baby will not a take the paci but we used avent pacis with our first and she LOVED them!

Overall impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent Newborn Gift set through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I thought the set came with a nice selection of bottles and nipples to get started, and I appreciated that it included everything you'd need right from the beginning. The design feels sturdy, the bottles are easy to assemble and take apart, and they were straightforward to clean, which is always a big plus for busy parents.

That said, this set wasn't the best fit for my baby. The nipples were narrow with a wide base, which made it hard for my baby to get a good grip or consistent latch. Another issue was with the AirFree vent: milk often collected in the bottom section, and because there are only two small holes for it to flow through, the last few drops would get stuck. To get the milk out, I had to rotate the bottle, which ended up disturbing my baby during feedings.

In terms of reducing colic or gas, I didn't notice a big difference compared to other bottles we've used. My older kids had no trouble drinking from these bottles, so I do think they may work better for older babies or toddlers who already have a stronger, more established feeding rhythm.

What I liked most about the set was how easy it was to clean and how durable the bottles felt. I just wish the nipple shape and vent system worked better for younger babies, especially for mine who struggled with latch and flow.

Not the Best Fit for My Baby

The agent bottle only works if you've attached everything PERFECTLY, and when you do, it's an impeccable bottle. If you don't, however, it is awful to use; the bottle pours out or explodes on you, your baby can't get ANYTHING out of it, you think your baby's feeding but then you check and they haven't gotten anything out of it. It's the most frustrating bottle I've used, and I hate it. When it works one in ten times, I love it, but good luck. Even following every step to set it up to a tee doesn't guarantee it will function properly.

Great bottle. Also the most truly TERRIBLE bottle.
