I looked a many different trimmer reviews before deciding on this trimmer. The trimmer is very well built and has many different heights that it can be adjusted to. The main reason I purchased this one is because of the quality, ease of use and the fact that the trimming heights are controled by a dial adjustment instead of a dozen trimmer head attachments. I would buy this again.

Very Easy to Use

This is a replacement for a similar Philips product bought a number of years ago.  These are very reliable, long battery life, precise beard trimmers which I also sometimes use as clippers.  Excellent product at great value.

I don't have a lot of experience with different trimmers but I'm very happy with this Norelco... it has, over my brief few weeks with it, comfort, convenience, very good performance, and seems quite sturdy and well made.
I expect it to last and perform well for a good long time.

Convenient, well made, and a very good value

I was looking for a higher quality trimmer for my beard and this one blew me away! It's given me the best and closest shaves ever! I don't know how I ever got along without it! If you're looking for a perfect beard trimmer and a perfect shave, this will more than do the best performance ever! It also has hair and body comb attachments.

This product's features are astounding!

One of the best products I'v purchased in a long time. After reading all the product information I adjusted the trimmer to my desired length and trimmed my beard and hair in 10 minuets flat. It looked just as good as my barbers did. Now I can get that perfect cut at home every three days.

Exceeded my expectations

I have been through several trimmers over the years, always cheaping out spending only about $20 on a trimmer.
This trimmer is worth the price! The multiple selections of closeness is what sold me as I was doing my research. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on ease of use is that it is slightly large to get the upper lip (can still do it). Overall I do give it 5 stars!

Once i read the instructions i realised it was me not the razor. It cuts very well and quickly.

I had trialled growing my beard to an Old Testament Prophet style.  The trimmer quickly and painlessly cut through it.  The beard was easily returned to a length of which my wife approved.  I was able to select the exact length.  It also cut what is left of my hair.

Really Good At Civilising My Beard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product looked perfect for what I wanted it for and came with several useful attachments. The problem is the edge of the blades themselves are sharp and can nick you if you're not careful. Not talking about where the hairs go in to get clipped but the outside corners and other areas that touch your skin when you use it. Especially in sensitive areas.

Works great but one major defect

Low powered. "Comb" device does not work well with non-straight beard hair. Does not work at all on hair.
Battery charge is easy and lasts for weeks.
