I have to say that every time I use this shaver and all it does I feel a little cheated as to why it did not come along sooner as it has so many useful functions as well as it's simplicity to use and maintain.
Add to that fast charging and great run time I was so pleased I bought spares and sundries to make it the full ticket , spot on from Phillips great features and superb design .

Works great so far. I used it on my legs. It does pull hair on the larger plastic attachment. I'm rather used to it tho after having another that finally bit the dust. The smaller plastic thing is so so. It doesn't epilate as the larger plastic cap does. I decided to use the larger plastic cap and shave the peach fuzz down on my face first. It did less pulling. Also I washed my face and let the water soften the hair on my face so it made it for an easier pull.

At 46 years old, perimenopausal and utterly sick of having a 5 o'clock shadow if I shave. This has been an absolute game changer. After the initial pain of dealing with legs that heavily resembled those of Chewbacca (they hadn't been shaved in over 5 months) so were actually furry. I'm now using this every week or two to maintain being fur free. Saving me a small fortune in razor blades. 
Honestly now it's rarely painful, just the odd deep rooted one that ‘smarts' for a second. Cannot praise this enough.

Does what it says it will.

I have used Epilators that have metal and they hurt.  This one works great and hurts less.  I do recommend pulling opposite of hair growth and just less than 90°, and pulling skin tight.

I've been using Philips epilators for over 20 years, so when it was time to buy a new model, I naturally chose Philips again. You'd expect a newer model to perform better than the old one, but unfortunately, that's not the case — it's actually the opposite. This model is much worse at catching hairs, and it doesn't grab short hairs at all (my old one handled those just fine). Sometimes I can literally see a hair sticking out, run the device over it five times, and it still won't come out.
The second issue is the extremely strange decision to make the head curved. Even on legs, not all hairs grow in the same direction — let alone on other parts of the body. So if you need to move the epilator across or diagonally instead of straight along the leg, it becomes almost impossible to remove anything. On other areas of the body, it's even more difficult: the shape simply doesn't allow the device to sit flat against the skin.
I really regret not choosing a model from another brand with a proper flat epilation head.

Disappointing Upgrade from Philips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good so far - but as i use it more on the Underarm area  it tends to leave some hair - that i have to pluck again - so a pittle disappointed with that

Not so good for underarms -

I like that this app is cordless, but it has a small con head, which makes it difficult to do larger area areas like your leg legs. Also, I noticed that the tweezers do not grab a lot of hair and miss quite a bit. 
Not happy at all with this epilator.

I really enjoyed using this epilator at the beginning, especially on dry skin—it worked smoothly and gave consistent results. However, when I tried using it on wet skin, the performance changed noticeably. It didn't feel as effective or reliable, and at times I wasn't even sure if it was actually working. The experience is exactly the same when i used my shaved on wet skin, it lacks the same consistency and precision I first noticed on dry skin. Feel like i wasted my money

Great start, big letdown

I recommend you try a different brand. This one made my skin extremely sensitive. I've never had this issue with epilady brand.
