This is the third head I have replaced, the razor is the best I have used please keep providing the heads

Very good engineering

philips.com

I have had this razor for a number of years now and have enjoyed using it. With this order I was replacing the heads because the local retailors are not carrying this particular heads.

Dependable razor

I bought new razor heads for a client's Philips aqua razor that was 2+years old. Just like new now

Made an old razor new again

Having been using Phillips shavers for over 40yrs I had no hesitation in buying more products.

As always no messing no problem and an ideal product.

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.........

Excellent as always

I have not noticed any improvement with my new razor blades. My older ones were the original ones that I received when I bought the razor at least four years ago. I was expecting to notice a big improvement since they tell you to purchase new razor blades each year.

No Difference

I agree with the other recent reviews. The new replacement heads are worse than the old ones that I have been using for 3 1/2 years. It takes twice as long to have a shave and gives a poor result. The old heads were the same type - HQ9/52 so they are currently not being made to the same standard. If Philips can't sort this, I will be changing brands.

Worse than old heads!

Kiran shivshankar

The new replacement blades do not cut nearly as well as the old set that I had for nearly 2 years. I should have kept the old ones and threw away the new set instead! Been using them for over a month now and will be looking into either buying a generic set of blades to see if they cut better or just a different shaver after having this one for nearly 15 years. I want my smooth skin back again. My face can't take much more of this daily pain anymore!

New blades are horrible

I have used my shaver for several years and replaced the shaving heads annually for at least two years. Previous replacement shaving heads worked flawlessly. I recently purchased a new set of replacement blades and immediately noticed a performance decrease. I no longer get a close shave and spend twice as long to shave and still do not get the same results.

Recent replacement shaver heads give poor performance

I have had this Norelco razor for about six years and have regularly replaced the blades every 12-14 months. I have been very pleased with shaving comfort, performance, and closeness...UNTIL the last replacement about two weeks ago. I immediately noticed that the shave was much less close, and shaving takes me two-three times as long to get a mediocre shave with lots of stubble. I have given the blades two-plus weeks to settle in and for my whiskers to adjust but it makes no difference. Something is clearly wrong; this is the first time I have had this problem. The old blades with 14 months use were much sharper and effective. Incidentally, I have been using Norelco shavers for over 15 years.

Extremely poor shaving with new HQ9 blades

I JUST INSTALLED NEW CUTTER BLADES A WEEK AGO AND THEY ARE SO BAD I HAD TO SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD ONES, WITCH CUT BETTER THAN THE NEW ONES. I AM BUYING SOME MORE SO I HOPE THEY WORKED OUT THEIR PROBLEMS.
