I needed a new compact trimmer come shaver and this Philips brand I do like. There are many choices out there but the guarantee and build quality is really good. Now that I have owned it for a few months it is really good and I will tell you why. Holds the charge for ages, really close clipper shave which I like, compact and the on off button is affirmingly positive. I made a little pouch to keep it safe and clean. I also like to oil the busy blades from time to time and you can hear the difference when you do that. It is water proof but I dont take it in the shower, I want it to last a long time. So really impressed over all.

It's incredibly versatile and makes grooming quick and hassle-free. The different attachments are easy to swap out and cover everything from beard trimming to body grooming and even detail edging.

The blades are sharp but gentle on the skin, giving a close shave without irritation. I've got fairly sensitive skin and haven't experienced any razor burn, which is a big plus. The battery life is excellent too — a single charge lasts several uses, and it charges up fairly quickly.

Excellent all in one Shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of philipsglobal] After using the philips all in one trimmer 5000 series for some weeks now I have found it to remove all of that unwanted hair with ease and without any problems.
It comes with plenty of attachments to suit all lengths and whilst I haven't needed to use all of them the ones I have have provided the right cut. Another feature a liked was that it is showerproof which is not always the case with these types of trimmers. It was very easy to set up initially and the charging cable is simple to use. I would recommend this product based on my experience using It

excellent product

Very chuffed with my purchase. I tend to stick with Phillips as they never seem to go wrong. This all in One does what it says, great beard trimmer and as I've discovered pretty decent hair cut if you like it short. 
Plenty of heads and accessories with this one and the charge lasts forever and a day.

A Great Name and Great Product

I'm so glad I bought this from Merveill.

The groomer has useful attachments that work well for different parts of the face and neck. Gives a close shave and clean look.

In past years, Philips made some of the best trimmers, so I expected this model to offer better quality and improved technology. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The trimmer feels average, or even below average compared to other products on the market. The blades are not as sharp as expected, especially when using the zero-gap blade. After shaving, some hair is still left uncut, particularly around the bottom area of the face, so the shave does not feel clean or smooth. Overall, it works more like a lower-quality trimmer than a premium Philips product.

Disappointing Performance Compared to Previous Phi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the trimmer and got it for the added features over my old trimmer (also a Phillips) but without the attachments, it does not shave as close as my old one.  Yes, with the attachments, it is AMAZING, but my old one did not leave stubble so I did not have to use a razor as much and with this one I do.  I could honestly be missing something but my old one is still better

Keep the blade away from anything you would like to keep!  My razor died while on vacation so i grabbed this one on sale.  What a mistake.  The MG5910 would work better as one of those electric turkey carver than a razor!!!  This thing took a chunk of my lip and left red scratches all over my neck (great for vacation photos),  I wont even describe what the "body" trimmer did to me.  Used twice and in the garbage it goes.  Buy a Wahl Peanut if you are on a budget, your face (and other bits) will thank you.

Shame on the people who would release this product
