[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of philipsglobal] After using the philips all in one trimmer 5000 series for some weeks now I have found it to remove all of that unwanted hair with ease and without any problems.
It comes with plenty of attachments to suit all lengths and whilst I haven't needed to use all of them the ones I have have provided the right cut. Another feature a liked was that it is showerproof which is not always the case with these types of trimmers. It was very easy to set up initially and the charging cable is simple to use. I would recommend this product based on my experience using It

I looked at a lot of trimmers before settling on this one. I didn't need a great clipper because I wear my hair buzzed which is the easiest cut so I checked all the reviews and weighed that against cost and settled here. When I opened the box and inspected the contents I saw a lot of plastic parts when changing out the heads. I thought "cheaply made" but when I used it the first time I changed my mind. This thing has power and sharp--make that SHARP--blades and cutting my hair was easy. When finished I had a nice clean, groomed look. I also used it on my beard with the same result. So my recommendation is if in doubt try this one. It sure exceeded my expectations.

We purchased it to replace a Philips trimmer we have had for years just as good no nipping of the skin when used to trim around a hair cut. Trims really close when used flat against the skin. Only difference is can't find a battery level indicator you don't know when it's fully charged or when it's going flat apart from that a excellent trimmer.

A great replacement

My father recently purchased these Philips Norelco clippers and I was interested in how much he liked them. Shortly after that I ordered my own pair and I was and still am impressed with how great these clippers are. They work great on cutting my hair and also keeping my beard neat and trimmed, not only that but they hold a charge for a very long time . the instruction guide says on a 1-hour charge you can get three hours of trim time and I believe that statement. I would definitely recommend these clippers to anyone who's looking for a solid pair of clippers or general grooming and haircuts. Two thumbs up and kudos to Philips Norelco!

This is a great product, great price .

I have been looking for a cordless hair clipper in particular, but wasn't really happen with what I can find online (can't shop the normal way due to lockdown) - either too expensive or never heard of the brand.

Chanced upon this model that's available for a very reasonable price, immediately decided to the purchase. The package arrived after about 3 days and was very happy with what I got. Not only there's more than enough useful attachments for pretty much any personal hair management I could think of, the main unit itself is compact and very comfortable when handled.

Very handy with lots of useful attachments!

I'm actually a Cosmetologist and had to get this for my fiancée to do his hair because we extended our vacation and I didn't bring my tools with me. I absolutely love this product. For the price the quality and the pieces that come in the kit are awesome.

Great Product

My only 3 complaints are minor. The first is the somewhat unclear directions, the flyer needs to be rewritten.
2nd, and again minor, the instructions refer to 2 green guards, I have 2 grey guards which took me a while to figure out. 
3rd, there are too many options included in the set. I am not opening a barber shop and I don't need all the choices.
Other than that, It's a very good product and seems to be worth the money.

Pros & Cons

I like the trimmer and it is what I wanted. However, I am disappointed that one of the features which attracted me at first is not a feature after all.  This is not a good product for manscaping especially in the private area.  This is basically a trimmer for the neck and up. 
Another aspect of this trimmer package which I don't care for is not being able to determine which of the attachments are which.  The printing is so faint and small.  It is hard to read(I have progressive lenses). Every time I have to use the trimmer, I have to pull out all the attachments and try to figure out which is which.  An easy to read decal would have been great. 
Instead of a bag to keep the attachments, I wish that there could have been a case with compartments for each of the attachments.
That being said.  I do like the trimmer. The size is perfect.  The attachment I use for trimming the beard is perfect. This was the primary reason I bought this trimmer.

I like the trimmer but....

I bought this to replace another Philips hair groomer. However the cutting width on this new one is not as wide as my previous one. It is probably great for trimming beards but not for cutting head hair. I have had to get my wife to go over where the cut is straggly and uneven due to the narrowness of the cutting blade. I don't recollect reading a description of the groomers actual cutting width other than the length of hair that can be cut. For me the width is far too narrow. Had I opened the product sooner I would have returned it.

Not for me!!!

No Charging indicator ...can not observe if charging is in progress. Generally, it  is not as great as other products I have purchased earlier. Not happy and satisfied with this product.
