I love that the hose connects to headgear at the top of your head with 360 degree rotation. No more waking up with hose tangled around your neck.  The nasal cushion rest against the nasal opening with nothing going into the nose. I love the sofy rubber head gear framing that rests comfortably against your face and leaves no morning facial inventations.  I've experimented with multiple styles of headgear, masks, nasal canulas over the last 11 years... This is the most comfortable design ever.  I recommend 
you try it for yourself.

I have used a Res Med P10 for 3 or more years and this time I changed to this product. I am slowly figuring it out , but after wearing it for several days I developed a sore under my nose that was bad enough that one morning when I removed the mask it bleed for several minutes. I feel like I had the device adjusted correctly. I know it was not too tight as when I would sleep on my side often I would be woke up with a leak. I really want to love this thing and by no way will I give up without a fair fight.

Has some growing pains

I have been using cpap nose masks for seven years. I have been using this mask for about two months. It really is excellent, very little pressure on the nose. Almost as if one is not wearing a mask. 
Philips say that the exhaled air is not discharged directly at the nose, but at the top of the head, in fact a little is exhaled at the nosepiece where there is a hole. This is  useful as it is a check for me to ensure that it is functioning normally. 
When I received the mask from the health authority it was not supplied with a short length of thinner flexible tubing so it was difficult to wear with the stiff 2.7cm hose and when I moved position the joint at the hose connection on the head leaked and I felt restricted. I added a short length of thinner more flexible hose.
As others have reported, the hose connector can slip out of position in the night, particularly if your head rests on a pillow, I find. I always used to wear a Philips chinstrap. Wearing this over the mask largely prevents the movement of the top hose and although the strap passes over the air channels, it doesn't seem to restrict them.
It is an expensive mask but if you have been wearing other nosemasks it is well worth trying I think. 
With other masks, it seems to be the velcro which seems to wear. With this mask, I don't have to adjust the velcro at all, so I am not sure what the wear points are, if there are any.

Almost perfect

I am new to CPAP and have adjusted to it easily. The design of this helped my adjustment, I believe. I can turn freely thanks to the position of the swivel tubing on top of my head, rather than it being positioned from the front of the nasal mask. I have not had much of a problem with slippage of the elastic straps causing loss of seal, once I worked with adjustment of the strap's tightness. Tweaking of that design problem is the only thing that could improve the product. The design of this nasal mask is innovative and I am very happy with it!

Recommend this!

This is a very comfrotable mask, with the best fit of all the many masks that I have tired. However, Once I have it in place the back strap very quickly slides up my head which breaks the seal. Very frustrating but I have had similar problems with all the masks I have tried.

This is a very comfortable mask.
However, being a side sleeper, I noticed a significant flow loss when one side ls choked because my head is on it.
And so did my CPAP device, which detects it as hypopnea and responds accordingly....

Very comfortable

I have been using this mask for two weeks but now reverting to my old mask. My AHI has been all over the place and I keep waking up during the night fixing it in place or becoming aware of leeks yet the App says Mask Fit 100%.... The mask is a good idea but won't work for everyone..

The nose-pieces is excellent. 

The top location of the tube connection is excellent

The harness strap at the back of the head slides upwards, so the tension holding the nose-piece in place is lost. 

Solve the problem and this will be a great product. Until then it is totally useless.
