Reliability

I ordered online, received it the next day. But the box was empty. The plastic bag was sealed, but not the box !
I went to Walmart and purchased one. Excellent shaver. No complains at all. One of the best quality shavers. Cannot be wrong to have one.

Hesitant to order on line

I have had a number of Philips Shavers over 60+ years. I have tried others, but none compare. It's a "no contest". However, when the blades need replacing, I will try to fit the older style " lift and cut" type. This will make the Shaver perfect!

No contest.

philips.com

This is the third razor that I have purchased over the last 12 or so years. They just get better each time. Great charging speed and the charge last for about two weeks. I highly recommend this razor.

Phillip rechargeable razor

My husband had me buy this when his old shaver got ‘mislaid'. He much prefers it even though it is an older and less fancy model as he reckons it gives a better shave.

Excellent value

It's a really good shaver, I purchased it to replace my very old Philips PT920 shaver. Having used the Philips for years it was an easy decision to purchase another Philips. I would say that my older shaver seems to be better made, the on/off switch is a much better design and all round just feels better quality, ( maybe its a sign of the times). I would still highly recommend the Philips 3000 s3242/12 as its a really good shaver.

A really good shaver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very smooth when using and I have only had to charge it once and the battery lights are all still lit after a couple months of use, incredible. I get a nice shave using the shaver and no hair tugging at all, like my old chaver.

Nice shave and long lasting battery life!

The previous Phillips shaver packed it in after over 40yrs. It was a series 5000 so I was a little skeptical to try this one.
After a months use, I am not disappointed. It shave as well despite the slower motor speed.
Will have to see how it holds up.

Good quality basic shaver

It works but not strong enough for someone with thicker facial hair. My brother struggles with it. Even though Phillips is a trusted brand and 1 he has used for many years. Will probably be upgrading real soon.

It does the job, just needs more power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not close shave has I expected it nor watched on your advertisement. I have to follow-up with a razor blade to get the smooth skin that I like. Thank you

razor for the favorites really does not cut well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product stopped working after one month, could not be charged. Very poor quality.
