My mouth feels clean and fresh when done. What's up with the white brush head on a black charging base and cord? Looks like I purchased the toothbrush at the local thrift shop.  I bought 2 spare black brush heads. Now it looks right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Sonic electric toothbrush, and overall, it's a decent electric toothbrush. It feels well made, has good cleaning power, quiet, and leaves my teeth feeling noticeably cleaner compared to a manual brush.

However, I was disappointed with the promotional offer included inside the packaging. There was a leaflet advertising a free replacement brush head if you register the product. That sounded like a nice added bonus and definitely influenced my impression of the purchase. Unfortunately, when I went online to register, I was told that the offer was no longer available.

It's frustrating to see promotional material inside a brand-new product box, only to find out the offer has already expired. If the promotion has ended, the packaging should be updated accordingly. It feels misleading and left a sour note on what would otherwise have been a straightforward purchase.

In summary, the toothbrush itself performs well and does what it's supposed to do, but the outdated promotional offer was disappointing. Because of that experience, I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars.

Good brush, misleading expired promo

It's very very soft. I even put the toothbrush head from another Sonic Care toothbrush and it is still way too soft.

I feel like it barely cleans. My parents had the early version of this toothbrush for over 20 years before they had to buy a new one. i don't know what happened but very disappointed.

Strength of the vibrations deplete — it's a manual

I decided to keep it and use it occasionally for "deep" cleaning. However, after a couple of weeks the toothbrush wouldn't hold a charge so I sent it back. Did not replace it.

I had purchased a new 4100, a lower end model to be sure, since the one I had bought around 2020 didn't disappoint. The moment I charged it up and turned it on I knew that the device had been significantly downgraded. It was like brushing my teeth with a toy. I bumped it up to full power, but it was still limping along. Needless to say I returned it. My husband did some surgery on my original 4100 and replaced the battery (not for the faint of heart), but my teeth and I are much happier.

Don't buy!

The head have developed a play, it took my old brush 2 years ti get that problem, this brush got in 2-3 weeks. Not happy
