I am obsessed with oral hygiene and using this brush feels like I got a professional cleaning every time. I also have sensitivity and since using this brush, I no longer put extra pressure on my teeth. I wish I had bought it sooner.

Love my new Sonicare toothbrush! It shows me how well I'm brushing and reminds me to brush two times. I thought I was brushing 2x a day, but after the app showed me, I found I was not being consistent in my brushing.  Love, love, love this new toothbrush and got it on sale!

Everything seemed fine initially. Item worked fine, nice weight to it compared to my older model and well packaged. App easy enough to set up and travel charging case a nice touch. But then two weeks ago started intermittently cutting out during brushing, stopped syncing to the app and over the weekend at the end of brushing and placed back on stand - All mode lights constantly flashing up and down, could not turn off and only way to temporarily stop this was to put back on charge. Called customer services and told have to return to store so will have to do that next week as working away. Very disappointed when you consider the cost of the product

Faulty. Having to return to store

This is a replacement for a Sonicare brush that I had for about 5 years. This new brush has left me dissapointed, the Battery lasted a week on one full charge. Bluetooth would not connect after charging, information in the app is of no benefit and I think just drains the battery from the brush. Overall not impressed at all, feels like a badly thought out gadget which I would like to disable the bluetooth on and get some battery life back

Bad battery, bad bluetooth

Started off well, with a very clean feeling teeth. Battery life was very good. However, after the second or third charge it has started to malfunction. Toothbrush head pauses during brushing, lights flash when not being used for a long time, for no reason, buttons have to be pressed multiple times to get them to work and battery needs to be charged much sooner. Nice idea, but full of faults. I'll have to look into returning it, having had it for less than 2 months. Will try for a different model or a refund.
