[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know this guy is labelled for streamers but I create several podcast a day and have found this mic to be superior to all others that I have used. So if you want a world class mic, this is in my opinion the bar setter. Zero complaints, absolutely do recommend.

In a class of its own

Razer CS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mic is small and compact but looks professional. It is simple to use, just plug in and go. I did not need any software at all, literally took 2 seconds to set up. It does a great job of isolating my voice and getting rid of any echo or reverb from the room that my built-in my picks up. It has a hard mute button on it with a color indicator (green or red) so I can tell with confidence that I am muted. The built in stand has a stable pivot joint so you can tilt the mic in any direction and it stays exactly in place. My only small gripe is the the receiving end is USB-A and my laptop does not have USB-A. They are increasingly less common, though luckily my monitor has a USB-A port so it still works fine on my desk. Wish it were USB-C for future compatibility.

I chatted with a few friends and it sounded pitch perfect with my headphones on. No background fuzz, nothing, just excellent audio capture. My kid is already trying to steal it lol!

Awesome Mic!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Seiren V2 X by Razer has excellent sound quality! I stream gaming playthroughs and talk over them using this microphone and my chat always compliments me on how well my voice sounds when I'm using it. The mute feature works well in those moments when I don't want to broadcast my voice and just have the game sounds playing to the audience. I love how the V2 X has such a small footprint so it doesn't take up very much desk space at all. It never gets in the way. It's hefty enough that you don't have to worry about it falling over when it's standing up on your desk. Overall I'm very happy with the Seiren V2 X and it's become a staple in my streaming life. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get into podcasting, streaming, or just general use.

Excellent microphone for all purposes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Razer Seiren X v2 is a  nice  microphone. It is minimal and compact which is great it is an excellent fit for almost any desk setup. It does have some features that I think are great such as a gain adjustment knob on the mic It does come with a braided USB A to USB C cable. The software is friendly. It includes meters that let you control the inputs and outputs such as mic monitoring.  You can also set levels for things like streaming very quickly. This comes in handy because you may want to use different settings for streaming vs things like zoom meetings. It uses a super-cardioid pickup pattern which just means it is almost a 360-degree pick-up pattern. The included stand has antivibration built in so that when typing for example will not mess with the mic. It does have a mic mute button built in which is a feature that should be included with every mic.

My gamer friends notice the difference right away. Commenting on how good the sound quality was way better than before. It was very easy to install, and a navigate! Great gamer microphone!

It doesnt let to much ambient noise in so I would say if you are on a budget go for it if you dont have the money for an xlr setup or just dont want to deal with it and just want quick plug and play with minimal setup

Nice sounding mic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a mic that had a good sound quality but also one that didn't pick up every little noise in the room. My son is working on being a streamer and doing videos of his guitar playing and so it is a nice mic for the sound quality, and Its nice that fans and other outside noise isn't being picked up in the background. I think for someone just starting out in video making this is a decent mic to start with.
