I ordered two of these and it's hard to tell in my photos but very prominent in person that the legs are not true black but a very bluish grey, especially in bright light. Unfortunately that won't work in my room so had to return both.
The marble is pretty...may be some kind of manufactured stone? but still nice looking. Some of the paint they use on the underside was applied sloppily and dripped over to the edges of the table, if I had kept them, I probably could have scraped it off. They were pretty well packed, no damage and easy assembly, you just screw the top on through the legs.
In my photo, I didn't screw the top that's why it looks off center. 
They seem like sturdy tables and a great price for the "marble" look
