Package

I ordered two of these Picket House Tomlyn Nightstands. They are tall, beautiful, and  packaged well so there was no breakage in transport and fully assembled except for the four feet you screw on which takes like 5 minutes.

Highly recommend! Fully assembled except for feet.

Very pleased with the quality and quick service.

Satisfaction

Very impressed with the speed of the shipping and delivery.  However, when we opened the box, we found that the nightstands (we purchased two) were chipped.  It was obvious this was not done during shipping (they were very well packaged), so the quality control of the manufacturer is not doing its job.  We called Sams to return these and our customer service rep was exceptional.  She set up for Fed Ex to pick up the next day.  My wife then changed her mind and said she could live with the damage instead of going through another 6 months of reviewing and finding another nightstand.  So I had Sams cancel the return.  Most people will not notice the chipped area since these are in our bedroom.  It would have been nice to have been given a credit for receiving a damaged item.

Love them!  Didn't give a 5 because there was 2 front left legs sent instead of 1 right.  So had to go through the hassle of getting a right leg sent to me.

The nightstand itself is lovely and quite sturdy. What I am disappointed about is the shipping container was beat up, holes in the box, and some damage to bothering the nightstands I purchased.
