Use this innovative pie saver set to store a pie or use it to store six pie slices. The set includes a large outer container and 6 wedge-shaped containers that fit neatly into the larger container; each container has a cute ruffled-edge lid. The outer container accommodates 8", 9", and 10" pies. The individual wedge-shaped containers are the perfect size for packing lunch or a generous slice of pie.

Depending on the height of my quiche I can put a piece of parchment or wax paper between two slices and get both in one of the individual pie slice containers. That means I can cut the quiche slices thinner for better personal portion control. The slices go in the freezer, and it gets my pie dish out of the refrigerator. Thrilled to see the slice lids and bottoms are separate pieces. Thank you to whoever thought long and hard about how to make this a totally useful product. So far only used the large pie container to hold the unused slice containers, but even that is great to keep them where you know you can always find them.  It certainly looks large enough to handle any pie I would make and take, but in fairness I typically do not make pies with meringue. Having this item eliminates the need for wasting aluminum foil, always a plus, and the individual slices slip easily into open areas of the freezer. So far have made and frozen Carrie and Mikes Favorite Crustless Quiche, a Carrie Underwood and husbands delicious vegetable recipe from a newspaper circular, and Impossible Cheeseburger Pie...both held up beautifully. So far my items have only been in the freezer for no more than a week or so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, this is a really nice item I've been looking for a good storage container for slices of pie and whole pie. This does both enclosed is individual containers as well as the unit holding an entire pie with cover. My only complaint was the label sticking to the top of the unit getting it off the glue would not release and it took quite a bit of doing to get it off with warm water and oil that I didn't like but as far as the product itself, I give it two thumbs up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it and the design. The individual dishes are so handy and the fact that it doubles as a "whole pie carrier" is an added bonus. Very attractive design. Only down side would be the hard plastic material of the pie carrier, It might crack in cold temperatures. LOVE IT!

I was able to put those one or two pieces of remaining pies in their own containers and then stack them in small areas in the fridge. So happy I bought this.

I take them with me to restaurants and get a slice of pie to go in them.  I have also put the individual containers in the freezer!  Can be used for cake or other desserts as well! One of the best Products I have ever purchased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very pretty set. Very attractive. Definitely holds 10" pie slices - it is slightly larger than my 10" pie plates. What I appreciate most is that the lids are easy to take off. You don't have to pry them off. Just gently lift straight up on the lid and it will slide off - a nice precision fit. I got a promo for this review, but would have given this same review without one.

fantastic invention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not used it yet. I had plsnned to put it in the freezer but too large I think.will take up too much space.

was stated this holds a pie plate with handles and the clear lid will not lock on do to the fact the handles on the pie plate pushes the red bottoms sides out. I don't recommend this for a pie plate with handles. But it will work for a pie plate without handles.
