Pit Boss

I never anticipated how much I would love using my smoker! I find myself looking at all the possible recipes I can make so I can use my smoker as much as possible. My kost favorite to make on my smoker....bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. ?  Thank you Pit Boss for making this an easy transition into the smoking world!

Didn't realize what I was missing

Just got this grill. So far the only problem i have is the instructions on how to put this together. They are awful and very confusing!! Please put some words to it. I had to Google it to figure it out. Other then that everything else has been great. Remember to season the griddle and let the smoker cooker for awhile before you use it.

Love this grill

Haven't used her yet but this beast is solid and very attractive! so much space for all my families cooking ventures all in one place! To be able to have veggies on the flatty and meat on the fire keeps me from dishes and heating up my house is my theory! Eager to get grilling if it ever stops raining!

Just put together and it's beautiful!!

I purchased my Pit Boss Charlston pellet grill/griddle combo in Oct. 2024. I have cooked everything under the sun to absolute perfection. From eggs to Philly Cheese steak sandwiches to steaks to brisket. My only regret with this grill, is that I didn't buy it sooner. I absolutely love it. Hands down, best grill ever made.

Absolute Perfection

We got a great deal on a floor model. It was marked down $350. Cooked some awesome Ribeye Steaks for the first time on my Charleston. I will never cook on a regular gas grill again. I can't wait to try the skillet side!!!! Great quality and versatile way of cooking.

Love It!

I have the pro series with the old interface controller on it and seems to me that it was easier to control the heat leaves with it. The new ones not bad but I set it on 180 and it can't get bellow 230 unless I open the lid but that defeats the purpose of a smoker. I do like that the Charleston has the griddle and the smoker combo.

Not sure yet

Only used once and first time smoking. I really liked when smoking the chicken there were no flames. The chicken was soooo good and cooked perfectly along with all the veggies cooked on the griddle….so far so good !!

I love this grill. Period. It cooks great and is easy to use. 

HOWEVER, I burned my wrist today using it because the handle for the lid is SO high that when you go to grab it your wrist almost always makes contact with the lid. I have tried to be aware of that but today it got me. 

It also lacks the Bluetooth feature of my previous Traeger….which never burned me…..

I will keep this grill but buyer beware it'll bite you.
