Absolutely love this smoker. Works great. Temp stays even without any real fluctuations. I've used it twice and had it set at about 275 and it got to the temp quickly and stayed there. Had the temp up to almost 400 if you want to heat that hot. Great choice. 
The setup of the smoker was quite easy too.

Great smoker!! I have used this four times now and get the same results every time. The meat is very flavorful and juicy. Have made pulled pork. KC ribs along with brisket and chicken. All has turned out perfectly. Very easy to use.

I've had this since January and I've used 4 times so far. It has done and excellent job. Though in cold weather the temperature has had trouble to get over 225f. The results though have been excellent. Many smokers have complaints about getting too hot, so 225f is actually not a bad thing. Cooking hotter than that only toughens the meat. Overall I'm quite happy with it, and friends have loved the ribs and chicken.

Great Smoker

Overall, nicely built. Some of the performance claims are a bit optimistic, however.

For example, I cannot get mine above about 315 degrees even though the claim is 370. This is not a big deal, but I thought the higher temperature would be useful for roasting a whole chicken.

There are three settings: low, medium and high. Medium is a nearly perfect for smoking 215-225 degrees. Low is around 150-160. Unfortunately, there is no adjustability other than the three settings. Putting the dial between low and medium gives you medium and between medium and high, it seems to be high. Greater control of the large burner would be a nice feature.

The smoker box is big enough for about an hour of smoke. I soaked my chips anywhere from 20 - 60 minutes and an hour of good smoke is it. Have more chips soaked and ready but be careful - that tray is HOT!

The temperature gauge is very accurate, almost matching the oven thermometer I use inside - I'd say within just a few degrees.

It does heat up quickly and smoke is significant within 10-15 minutes.

Considering the build quality and the fact it does what I need, I gave it four stars. As long as it provides that perfect smoking temperature range, I'm satisfied.

One assembly note: it will probably be easier to assemble the legs off the unit, making sure you leave the screws loose. There is one screw in each leg that goes into the body at an angle and you will not get to it if you follow the instructions. Otherwise, assembly is straight forward. The handle is sturdy, the wheels are handy, the door closes nicely with adjustment of the latch (which is very simple). All in all, well made.

The unit comes packaged well and nothing was damaged. Beware, the shipper requires a signature so FedEx delivered it on the second attempt after I signed the door tag and put it out the next morning. The price was great and free shipping made this a relative bargain. If you're looking for an entry level smoker that will do the job for us weekend meat smokers, you will be pleased.

Red Rock Gas Vertical Smoker 2-Series Review

Seems like solid construction. 2 burner design is good, with one for wood chips. Right size (for me).

Pretty good for a newbie to try.

Overall look, I'd give this unit a  5/5. 

Dislikes:
- propane holder is useless unless you use a small propane tank.
- Adjustable vents do not close all the way.  There's at least 1/4" gap all the way around openings which makes it hard to heat smoker.  
- Location of the vents as they are,  if the wind shifts, air will go through the  1/4" gaps and you loose heat almost instantly. 
- Firebox at the bottom understandably has air vents to for the flame, however,  id there's any somewhat strong gust of wind it'll put iut the flame.  
Seems like this smoker will only operate in perfect conditions where there are no sudden gusts of wind,  sudden wind direction change,  or in a  well ventilated open area.
- Instructions recommended starting the smoker and heat it up to 300 degrees for an hour.  It's the middle of summer,  outside air temp is around 85 degrees  and it barely reached 250 degrees in 45 minutes.  Knob was turned to high, propane fully opened.

bought to be able to finish a cook if it rained since I couldn't do that with my electric, thought seal on door would be a plus, but the smoke comes out under the heat box.. the advantage with weather is canceled by IF THERE IS ANY WIND, YOU CAN'T REGULATE THE HEAT TO BE STEADY fluctuates 40 degrees up and down. and porcelain coated grills wound be nice BUT MINE ALL THREE AND HANGERS HAVE CHIPS IN THEM WHERE IT DIDN'T STICK ALSO SINGLE WALL IE: NO INTERIOR WQAL IS HARD TO CLEAN AND HOLD HEAT, SO MAYBE WON'T WORK IN WINTER
