Went together easily, instructions were easy to follow and so far it is working great.  I would definitely recommend this smoker. It doesn't have the fancy options like other models but that is why I like it.

We used to have a vertical smoker that you used wood chips in. Temp control was never actually consistant. since switching to a Pitt Boss our meat has come out amazing and moist. large hopper that is auto fed so set it and forget it

PIT BOSS-FOR THE WIN

Pit Boss Grills

This was gifted to me by my step pops and can express enough how often this little thing is. Where are the size you can get a whole lot on the grill and super great first time users.

Classic pit boss

We love it! I thought it would be hard to operate but it turned out to be a pleasure. I use it almost every other day. I don't know how I ever did without it. lol

Great product

First, it works exactly as you would expect from a pellet grill. The sear function is neat and the temperature seems to hold well. 

However, this grill needs a review by your engineers. How in the world is one person supposed to assemble it? You put the riv-nuts in the legs and require the bolt to be inserted from inside the barrel. Nobody has arms long enough to both hold the leg and place the nut. Also, please move or modify the handle. I've already burned my wrist opening the lid. Last, please check your quality control for the stamped parts. The "classic" logo/ stamped piece was about 1/8 of an inch too big to fit between the legs. I had to bend it by hand to make it sorta-kinda fit. Oh, and please increase the feed rate assigned to the "Prime" function. I had to hold the button well over 5 minutes to get anything to the burn pot.

Ok, but needs more Engineering

I have owned a Pit Boss 4 in 1 in the past. I loved it until it rusted out and fell apart. But this is my first pellet grill. I must say for what does or should I say doesn't come with it, I'm happy right now, but the price is definitely more than I expected to pay for just a grill and nothing else. No front table or plate, loose screws on the grill for where those items could go. Plan to cook my first meal on it tomorrow. Burning off the newness right now. More to follow. Also, the pellet box was damaged underneath upon opening the box to put it together.

Hey it is a good looking smoker i always want one and now i finally got i cant wait to use the only problem i open pakage the bottom plate by the had a scratch and and the pellet box and underneath where is the fan the bottm protector plate is bent

Utterly useless.

Followed burn off and shut down.

Went to start a few hours later and Err code. Auger motor turns a 1/4 turn then stops, throws Err code.
