Awesome grill and smoker. I Like the way it folds up and collapses so easy for transport. Did  used it every day the first week I got it no issues whatsoever. I definitely recommend this for an RV or tailgating.

Great size. Easy to take camping. Did 2 medium roasts easily with extra room . Did quick job making jerky. Pleased!

Solid unit. Read the weight specs before i bought it but it is a chunky rig. 2 person lift in and out of the truck. Have only done two burn off cycles for an hour each but seems to work well.

HAD OUR GRILL 2 YEARS NOW, LOVE COOKING OFF IT, CHEAP TO RUN
ONLY CAVIAT ITS A PAIN AND I MEAN A PAIN TAKING IT APART TO VACCUME THE PELLET PIT AND DROPPING THAT HAVE DROPPED UNDERNEATH THE FLAME BAFFEL, THE BAFFEL PLATE HAS TAKEN A BEATEN AND WILL PROBABLY NEED REPLACEMENT NEXT SEASON

Product came and works as it was supposed to.  Have not used it much to get an overall sense of the quality etc.

Great so far!!!

It seems well made. The raising and lowering is a bit dicy, as there is no mechanism to take some of the weight. It can drop suddenly if you don't have a good hold on the handle and foot brace. Some kind of hydraulic piston would make it much easier to raise and lower.
As far as cooking, the temperature shown on the panel is not what you get on the grill. I put an oven guage in it, and it was 150 to 200 F lower. I'm not sure if this is normal  or the probe is faulty.
It's a great smoker for small loads, but doing burgers is very slow,  although the results are great. It is not like a propane grill, and will not get as hot or cook as fast if that is what you are looking for.

I have only used it a couple times, but it makes smoking easy and the quality is quite good as well. Easy to clean. Comes with water proof cover which is great.

As always PitBoss units are great! Mine works well and will be a great addition to my camping cookout!! 
But if you want to order one. Please make sure you order t to so at least a month and a half before you need it. I spent countless hours in the phone with Walmart wondering why they took 4 weeks to ship it out. So be aware! Make sure you are not in a rush to have it before you order. Horrible Walmart customer service..

This product does not work. I bought it one year ago.  The company sent me many partsto change.  Impossible to make it working properly.
