Price it was on sale for 20 dollar why was I charged 28

advertising for this product is miss leading as it shows 4 Forks different colors as this is what you get for $27 . But advertised fork ,royal blue as i thought you get 4 blue ones. i got 1 and very upset with this missleading add.
