The watercolor feature is weak at best and non-existent at worst. On the first few pages, some color appeared when I painted with water but it was weak and very sloppy. On later pages, there was literally no paint visible at all. It's as if they know that you're going to just switch to pencils when you realize how terrible the quality is on the first few pages so they don't even bother to put any paint on the pages towards the end of the book. It works fine as a coloring book but the watercolor paint is a total bust.
