Well, for the money, it's a BIG SIZE Tool Box. I was shocked myself how big it was. It dwarfed my regular one by one and half easily.However as far as durability goes, we will have to see how it holds up. Once it was loaded with a few flooring tools and when I lifted it, it did sag in the middle.  (the bottom flooring ). So the loading tool limit is low. I'm guessing I had around 20-25lbs of flooring tools in it. For the size of this Box it should be easily 60lbs. 
It would definitely make a excellent marine storage dry box for a boat or dry storage for marina. I may even buy a few for my outside generator supplies.
