[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this sign for two block parties now. It is heavy duty and easy to write on and erase with a chalk marker. It holds up well in the wind and you can add sand for extra weight. There is a handle for easy carrying and the hinge on the top is durable. I would recommend this signage to others.

I and so pleased with the size, the construction of it is so strong and sturdy. It has spots to put sand in it for added sturdiness. I have not put sand in mine as I travel with it. I can see if you put it out on a sidewalk all day you may need to do that. I am very pleased overall with it. Not one complaint at all. Great product.
