my grand daughter loves the chair so 5 stars for the chair and speedy delivery.  i was shocked by the poor packaging.  the cardboard box was way too big, so was cut down and crunched together to be the right size.  the skinny styrofoam inside was only on top and had been a large piece someone broke in 2 to fit inside the scrunched box.  having said all that, it arrived 4 days earlier than expected and was in time for christmas when not expected until dec 29 and was in perfect condition, so thank you to whoever managed to get it packed and on a truck so quickly.

Unfortunately,  i never received my rocker. Walmart shipped it and after a few days, I received an email saying it was delivered. But it wasnt here. When I tracked it, it said delivered to Trenton, Ontario and I live in Yellowknife, NWT! Walmart said they'd give me a refund but havent received it yet. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson so i was pretty disappointed
