I only received this a few days ago, so can't review its reliability. It seems quite sturdy and was fairly easy to both assemble and adjust the height. It's a bit expensive, but this is the best price I found online. I will update this review if anything negative occurs.

Just what I needed

This is a very safe option for reaching something that you can't reach. The step has 3 height that are easily adjusted, Greand I can hold on to both handrails to lift my self up to reach. It seems sturdy and is lightweight.

Great safety step stool for short people

This seems sturdy enough, fits great up against the bathtub to aid in getting someone out. I am 250lbs and tried it myself and it held me just fine. Tipping, unsteadiness isn't an issue.

Working well so far, sturdy.

I am my mother‘s caregiver. It is most helpful so I do not have to lift her. She grabs onto the handles. Turns herself around and sits on the bed. And I do the rest couldn't live without this product. It is sturdy durable and does not slip and slide.

Safety first

It is very sturdy and stable for my elderly parents. They have used it to get into and out of the minivan.

I love the handrails but I wish I could lower the step down just a little bit. The step is a little deep. In my house I have a deep step down in my back room that I use this to help me get down in the room.

Convenient

Great product to use as a stepper to a truck by a person with limited mobility.  This stepper helps because the handle/rail is very useful both to get on and off a truck.

The stool seems study,  but the handles do shake some when using.  Seems a little pricey  for this stool.   I will keep, as I haven't seen another option with two handles. I will be using as a  step to reach my 
upper cabinets.

Nice little, safe step to use for elderly to get into bed.  Unfortunately, I put it in my father's room and when I wasn't there, he tried to climb up it backwards to sit on his bed. instead of climbing it and turning around.  Now he doesn't want it because he said,"he almost killed himself."   My father needs a "child proof" safety cap on everything now.  I guess my father needs a youtube video to use the step stool : )  Surprised my father can use a knife and fork safely.

This step stool will help your elderly loved one

It took a very long time to get it. Was very easy to put together, BUT the handles were very wobbly and I did not feel safe using this.
