I bought this for my niece .%26 she loved it!  You can't go wrong with anything play doh though.  She loves to make ice cream cones in all the different colors. It came with several colors to o,ya with plus I had bought some extra as well.  This is a great affordable gift for Christmas or for a birthday. I would totally recommend this item %26 maybe purchasing it again for another niece in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These two items are Christmas presents for my grandson's.  The enjoy playing with playdough but do not have any of the playsets so I thought I would start with these.

My daughter loves play doh, This set giving her so much joy but there are some improvements need. some part such as the top part for pressing the doh is always fall off. The part that has to spin for making sprinkle is too complicated to use for 3 years old toddlers. My daughter is very independent and i can see she get frustrated to use it sometimes

This is a great set. The only issue we had is my kiddo can't play independently with it. They are not strong enough to push the playdoh through the ice cream part. The level is too hard to work. Kiddo gets frustrated.

Great item, hard for kiddo to use on their own

My granddaughter loves it and it kept her entertained.  She played for hours.  If there was a little more playdough it would be nice.  The play dough sticks to the swirl pump.

This is so difficult to use. Even as an adult I struggle to push this down to make the ice cream swirl, let alone my child. It also takes multiple attempts to get a decent amount of ice cream. Push down, lift up, reconfigure, repeat. It's only a matter of time before the repeated force snaps this thing. Disappointed. Plus all of the fake reviews made it seem like this was highly rated.

Difficult to use

This set appears to be a good kit for the kids. The ease of the “tools” for creation is not up to expectations. The “sprinkle” tool does not work well, and it is difficult to utilize the ice cream processor in the middle. Entertaining for littles but may cause frustration when it doesn't work as they believe it should (and shown on box).

Good gift for kids, however..

The set is fine but more playdoh comes out the top of the ice cream machine than goes out the bottom so you are forever pulling it up and peeling doh off the plunger to shove back in and it it again. My three year old likes it but I think it's lacking in quality for some of the parts too.  It's fine like I said but maybe pick a different set if you are picking between two.

I honestly feel like the good reviews on this are either bot accounts or they were paid for their reviews because this is the biggest piece of junk I've ever purchased for my daughter. First, the ice cream maker is a joke. The ice cream comes out through the top, so only 25% of the ice cream comes out. It does not twirl/spin well as advertised; you have to essentially pull the ice cream out. The sprinkle machine doesn't work. Luckily my two year old isn't too picky right now but it is so hard to maneuver.
