Loading times cause delays and freezing issues.

i was scared at first dont like buying used stuff but once i got it and started playing it works like new im happy with it

it did not come with an official playstation controller like shown in the picture, it came with a 3rd party off brand controller. Even though it works fine, i think it is misleading and false advertising that they marketed it as though i would receive an official play station controller.

we got the package and it was wrapped very secure in tons of bubble wrap. we set it up and after the update it was HOT. I thought it was going to catch on fire. Not a figure of speech. We put the fan behind it to cool it down. After a few hours we turned it back on and it took forever to download a game that was 3.8GBs. I am just going to buy a brand new ps for my son elsewhere.

Over heats and is slow and laggy

They sent me a ps4 that freezes all the time and it takes forever for anything to load

It did not work at all.  We returned it for a refund.

The controller sticks I wouldn't recommend buying a refurbished PlayStation to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ps4 could not setup. It would forget setup on restart. The ps4 acted like it had a bad hardrive. Keep trying to check the file system. This unit should have been in the trash. I wish I could find a good PS4 Pro. I sent this unit back for full refund.

Junk

Took a chance to to order a refurbished PS4. I normally have had good experience with refurbed items, but not this time. Item arrived fine with everything. Cables wrapped up, console was in a packaged sleeve

Console started up, but this is when the issues started:

Checked and made sure console was up to date

1) Very slow when performing any actions in the menu
2) Controller wired. Very laggy
3) PS Store would never load after 5min of waiting
4) Loaded the Playroom game and it froze for about 1-2min every 2-3 seconds. Extremely painful to endure

Very sad, I have to return this. I do not recommend wasting your time on these refurbished units

Defective unit. Extremely laggy. DO NOT BUY
