Fast shipping. Received it the day before the expected delivery date. It's a great gaming machine! My husband absolutely loves it. It's also a great package with the game Spider-Man included. It seems easy to setup and connect it to the TV, but of course man usually know these things. Overall, I highly recommend!

game voucher wasnt inside the box and we looked everywhere. complained and was told to call playstation. playstation then told us to call walmart 😐 its been almost 2 weeks going back and forth with both walmart and sony and i still havent got my voucher code or atleast a refund for the game so i can just manually get it myself

Game and console itself are amazing. But the package 📦 for delivery is not good, there's no bubble or air bag at all in the package for protection. No fragile label as well. So the delivery person wouldn't know and through it on the porch and I even heard the console hitting the floor from security camera.

I never received my pkg.  Was told it was left outside our front gate instead of putting it on our porch.  My thought is someone took it.  I'm waiting to hear back from Walmart but my thought is I'm out the money and the ps5

Ordered the ps5 online. Took over two weeks two receive, and when I did receive the box was damaged and there wasn't anything to keep the console from banging around in the box, no bubble wrap, nothing.. opened the console worked fine, but seemed like the controller wasn't working properly. I highly recommend you do not order the console online.
