Great gift for my son he loves it no complaints. Everything came in the box. He's really enjoying it

Xmas gift

I have super fun playing it. It's the best investment ever made for this price. You can't beat it hello i have super fun playing it. It's the best investment ever made for this price. You can't beat it!!!

PS5 RULES !

I haven't bad any problem or technical difficulties and the graphics are insane. I thought the graphics on my xbox series s was insane the ps5 graphics are insane and it's smoother than the xbox.

Overall thought about the ps5

This the best gift ever “in my son voice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe the price of the PlayStation is affordable for the quality and features it offers. It provides great value for entertainment, especially compared to similar products. I plan to purchase it as a gift, and I know it will make the person receiving it very happy. Overall, the price feels reasonable and worth it for such a popular and enjoyable gaming system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't wait to see my son's face. He never asks for anything. He's a good kid. And he's been asking for one. And being a single mom with disability I been saving up just so I could get it for him

The Playstation works fine in the horizontal position. It does not work well at all in the vertical position. As soon as I set it up vertically and started a game, it overheated and crashed (turned off). I left it off for about an hour and it did the same thing again. The PS5 uses a liquid metal cooling system that transfers heat from the CPU to the heatsink. When the PS5 stands in the vertical position, it causes the liquid metal to pool at the bottom of the CPU. This can cause dry spots on the CPU where heat will build up. Furthermore, in some cases, this can cause the liquid metal to leak and damage other internal components. I cannot believe that Sony says its acceptable to use it in the vertical position! I scanned at least 7 Internet sites regarding this issue and only two said to lay it flat on its side (Playstation logo facing up). The best site was https://gamerepair.com/blog/how-to-keep-your-ps5-cool-why-positioning-matters/. The other sites said it was ok to use vertically or horizontally. Go figure! I still believe its a good value for the money even though it has this fatal flaw.

Horizontal Positioning is Best

I received late notice the take as expected the box came dented and ripped it has also been opened which makes me question if I bought a brand new one or if this is used or not ! I bought for my son for Christmas I hope it works with no problems !

Box opened suppose to be new !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came with tears in the box and loose parts rattling around in the box. Its a gift and I can't give in that condition which means I have to go through the return and replace process which I really don't have time for.
