I have chronic pain in my right wrist so I thought might as well give this a try. Turned out amazing! It replaced the awkward button holds and joystick presses I had to do in Death Stranding and made the gaming experience so much better. Would recommend buying two at a time to have two joysticks.

I love this product . It kinda gave me my life as a gamer back. Ten years ago I had a stroke and could not use both of my hands effectively . So with only the full use of only one hand I wasn't able to game anymore but Sony made this product for disabled gamers like myself so we could enjoy and be a part of the gaming community as well. This product was quite simple to put together because  the buttons connect to the controller 🧲 magnetically so it's pretty much a piece of cake. It's fun to use,and easy to assemble even if you have a brain injury like myself. The device usually retails for around 90$ but Walmart had it on sale for around 50$ and it was a great deal and the best fifty bucks I've ever spent on myself so I would  highly recommend it for gamers who are disabled. It also makes a great gift as well.

This is a very unique and helpful controller, very easy to set up and use. Functionability is good, it was just hard for me to learn new button patterns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has left arm are paralyzed so we purchase the PlayStation controller thought that it could be easy for him to use it was one hand the right arm but he said it's kind of complicated he couldn't understand it and he couldn't play with it so I had to return it maybe my son was not patient enough to try to use it
