I cannot stress how great this deal was, especially considering it is only $50 more than the regular Playseat Challenge version, which doesn't have an incline for the pedals, and is much more convenient to get in/out of with the sway for wheel. Add the fact that you actually get INCLUDED a shifter/handbrake holder attachment that is either not included/extra cost for the higher end Playseat Trophy and you have a winner. Read TONS of reviews online for this, and I have no regrets whatsoever. Assembly was also easy and quick without hassle, and I'm using this with the Logitech G Pro wheel and pedal set (also reviews stated online it was a little heavier for this seat, but still working well) so I went for it anyways. Add to it the fact that I also appreciate the Logitech G Edition branding (teal highlights with logos) and it really looks SO much nicer (to me anyways) than the plain Challenge non-X version.

EXCELLENT seat for price & storage limited folks!

Folds up most conveniently and opens with ease for quick gameplay. My husband is a big guy 270 and 6ft4 and it fits him like a glove. Plus it was priced lower on Walmart than on Amazon.

Great purchase! Is exactly what is advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Playseat Challenge X – Logitech G Edition is a foldable racing seat designed for sim racing enthusiasts seeking a balance between performance and convenience. With its lightweight, foldable carbon steel frame, it offers a compact solution for those with limited space. Weighing approximately 26 lbs (11.6 kg), its portability is a notable advantage for users requiring flexibility in their gaming setups.

Adjustability

Equipped with the X-Adapt™ system, the Challenge X offers six adjustable seating positions, allowing users to fine-tune the alignment of pedals and steering wheel. This feature aims to replicate the feeling of being in a real car, enhancing the immersive experience. However, some users have reported that the adjustment mechanism can be cumbersome, potentially affecting the overall convenience.

Compatibility

The seat is compatible with all Logitech G racing wheels and pedals, including the G923, G29, and G920 models. Additionally, it supports various third-party racing peripherals, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of setups.

Durability

Constructed with a carbon steel frame and ActiFit™ breathable fabric, the Challenge X is designed to withstand the demands of intense racing sessions. While the frame offers robust support, some users have noted that the pedal mount may exhibit slight movement under heavy pressure, which could impact performance during aggressive driving.

Assembly

Assembly of the Challenge X is straightforward, with clear instructions provided. Most users report that the setup process takes less than 30 minutes and does not require additional tools. This ease of assembly is a significant advantage for those looking to quickly set up and enjoy their racing experience.

Comfort

The ActiFit™ fabric seat is designed to offer comfort during extended racing sessions, with breathable material that helps in heat dissipation. However, comfort can be subjective, and some users have mentioned that the seat may not provide adequate support for taller individuals, especially during prolonged use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great additional to our game set! It was very heavy but definitely sturdy! I was able to attach my steering by wheel and pedals and it definitely felt like I was sitting in a race car! Totally recommend to everyone!

Great race car feel!

Sampling program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so fun! It was easy to assemble and it is fairly comfortable for a gaming seat. I love that it is easy to fold and store away so it doesn't take up unneeded space.

Love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Logitech Challenge X racing cockpit chair is really nice and comfortable. Assembled in less than 20 minutes. It easily holds my family members from 110-205 pounds. It has 6 seating positions. Very adjustable for all your gaming needs. My teens love this. It's affordable and easy to store when not in use. Folds right up and weighs about 25 pounds. It comes with a mount for your steering wheel/shifter. We are going to use it with a Logitech G29 steering set. It is compatible with some other brands as well. The material is thick and feels like it will last a very long time. Great value.

Great value racing seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Influenster for sending this to me for free in exchange for my honest opinion. We were very excited to test this out. It is much more substantial than I expected and is a bit heavy. That being said, it holds my husband (265 lbs.) and I and my very tall son (6'4”). It was way more comfortable than I was expecting. I can see there will be a lot of arguing over who gets to use this. Space is at a premium in our house. So, I love that this can be folded up and put away! I did mistakenly think that it included the shifter, steering wheel and pedals. So I was a little disappointed about that, but that was my mistake. It took about 40 minutes to put together. Instructions were very thorough.

Very comfy gaming chair!

Good seat but not enough room for a larger sized person.

This thing looks good and is made with high quality. However when you push on the brake, the whole chair will lift making it impossible to really do any sort of hard braking. I guess this will work with really budget entry level brake pedal and if youre using entry level stuff why would you spend $250 on a sub par sim cockpit that looks good but doesnt function good. for foldable get the playseat dd f1, that what I have and will not flex. The playseat dd f1 is more rigid than most of the cockpits out there. The playseat dd f1 is so good, I dont think there is any foldable or non foldable that isnt a full aluminum rig or over $300 that can beat it in therms of rigidity and adjustability - its one of the best sim cockpit money can buy and I have an aluminum rig to compare it with.

Not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing to say about this. it's just it's cool. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
