I purchased a bigger version of this for my grandson at Christmas, but it was a little complicated to transform and the arm kept popping off.  So I bought this smaller, simpler version.  And added one in for the brother who really loved the other one as well.  Easy to transform, small enough for them to grasp in the car, and fun.

. He had no problems turning it in a truck or back to a Robot. The parts for his hands. There was nothing that we had to worry about as far as him having any loose parts that he could swallow.

In fact, they both want to play with it all the time and I'm really wishing I'd gotten two! It transforms from a truck to optimus prime and back. It is easy enough that they can each transform it without help (which is super important to me!)
